The lady taking drive-thru orders talks fast and over customers. She is condescending with her attitude.
She cared more about asking numerous times if I’d like to donate then about actually getting my order correct. This is not the first time this has happened with this employee. The gentleman in the drive-through doesn’t even say anything to you not a hello thank you have a good day. Nothing just jammed my four burgers, two fries and a chicken sandwich all into one tiny bag. This location is just so disappointing.

They have better tacos than Taco Bell but they are pretty pricey.
Update: got tacos today and they were extremely skimpy and stale. I’m not sure what happened but I no longer think they are great! Especially not for $13 for 4.

Went through the drive thru, wanting chicken strips and shake.
I ordered a 3 piece combo with honey mustard. I ALWAYS say please and thank you. Even when the order taker sounds irritated.
I get around to the window, and I hand Melissa 2-$5s and 3 dimes 3 pennies, simply needed $2 returned. Melissa seemed bothered. I paid with cash. She hands me a shake. I tell her thank you. She slams the window shut. I noticed the vanilla shake was slightly thicker than milk, yes, very much, not a vanilla shake. I took a sip, and it tasted like slightly cool milk.
Pop open the window and sour puss Melissa all but throw out my bag of so-called food.
I told her thank you before I could finish. Have a good day, Melissa had slammed the window shut.
Like most people, I put my car in drive and reached for some fries. They were cold. Not warm, cold! I pull around and go inside for warm fries.
I didn’t have an attitude. I just asked for warm fries.
Melissa put on a sarcastic creeper smile and said, “Absolutely! I looked at the guy standing next to me with the same puzzled look I had. She brought to me almost WARM fries and slung them at me. I shrugged my shoulders and said, “Have a great day, and thank you.”
Why I didn’t check my tenders, I have no idea. But….
I opened the tender box and found 3 tenders that were dripping in grease and half doughy half burned. I have no idea how that was even possible. The kicker was each one of them was full of non-chewable grissel. The honey mustard was the only thing good.
I had been fasting for bloodwork and just wanted something to eat. It was about 1130am.
It’s been a long time since I have come across such a nasty, rude witch. It’s been a very long time since I’ve had such a terrible experience. Typically, it’s food OR service, not both. I have absolutely nothing nice to say about this place. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I will not stop at a Hardee’s again. I will go across the street to the gas station.

I literally avoid giving bad reviews. If you have a customer bring a chicken sandwich back, they show it to you, it is terrible, don’t act like you don’t care. I told this manager that this was not a $6 chicken sandwich. He acted like I was a problem and said he doesn’t make the prices. I literally live 4 min away and come here for breakfast often. This was 10/12/24 and I’m highly disappointed that you would let this happen the way it did.

Person who took my order was very rude, when I asked if they had a certain item on the menu his response was you can clearly see on the board we do not have that item. Food was good service definitely needs some work.

Awful. Burgers are not quality meat, tomatoes were mushy. I’ve tried a few different Hardee’s over the last year and they are all bad.
Avoid the chain all together.

The Sign posted says 2 for $5.00 Mix and Match Biscuits, to me, that means either Bacon Egg or Sausage, I ordered 2 Sausage egg and 2 bacon egg, They charged me $18.00, After asking the very Rude Manager about it, He says the 2 for $5.00 was for Biscuits and gravy or Cinnamon Biscuit.
Sign was misleading, He’s Attitude was worse than the misleading sign.

K man bought two of the new grilled cheese wasn’t informed that their char whatever that is down. The manager was very rude. Talk to us like we were supposed to know that their cabaret was down one person got their money back. Bad experience all the way around for four meals.
