The food is okay but the service was poor. the waitress didnt clear the table before giving us desert. She gave us the check before we even finished eating the desert. When she gave it to us, she had to give it to us over the dirty plates. After that, they included 18% tip acting like they deserved it. They rushed us to finish our food.

The place hasn’t changed in decades. The outside looks pretty run down and every surface inside the restaurant is sticky. Hibachi was fun and everything tasted good and seemed fresh, though the swordfish was cooked about 10 minutes too long so it was dry as the desert. The scorpion bowl was very strong but yummy. Overall, an average experience.

Tip included in bill and so hefty so if u don’t look they say nothing and many in table double tipped not realizing they had charged a chunk on tips Amostphere was blah and I could barely fit my legs under table so low and once food hibachi was cooked felt rushed to hurry up and pay and another couple there spoke up that they paid to also enjoy there food and convo without being rushed to pay food was great and I loved the yellow tail and sushi I had but didn’t like how it looked and felt inside and team was not worth amount paid for experience

Surprised to find an 18% tip automatically added to our bill without any prior notice. I understand this for large parties, but for a small group it feels inappropriate. Tips should be the customer’s choice unless clearly stated beforehand. Transparency matters.
