Some of the best Chinese have eaten outside of Red Bowl on S Pleasantburg. I don’t review places often, unless they’re very very bad or they’re really good. The food was outstanding. I couldn’t believe how many pieces of crab rangoon I got in one order, and there was enough in two orders of fried rice for six people probably or four hungry teenagers, haha. The chicken was still juicy and hot in the rice was perfectly cooked. The flavor was amazing, and I don’t know if they used MSG but I couldn’t wait to get back to it after my first attempt. It’s a small place in the atmosphere is fine but I wouldn’t say that it’s anything special. The service we were told 10 minutes and it took 15 and we never really got a smile or anything special when it came to service. I definitely would come back here for the fried rice and the crab rangoon, and I’ve heard from family that the orange, sesame, and general tso’s chicken is pretty great. Best in Simpsonville probably.

Nice, polite people, but food is disappointing. Their fried rice is just rice, nothing else. Not as pictured. Beef fried rice had little beef and onion. Just poor quality food for the price.

This has to be the worst Chinese food that I have ever eaten. First time ordering and I promise you that everything tasted microwaved. Gordon Ramsey would have a field day with the texture of this food. Two orders of Sweet & Sour Chicken, both a soggy mess. The sauce has to be either low quality or thinned down behind the counter, awful. The beef sticks? Maybe grilled three days ago and reheated daily. I could have had much better beef from grabbing a pound of jerky from Spinx. Everything tasted as if it came from a buffet that no one visits. We don’t come from New York, but have a much higher standard of Chinese that this place has to offer. Order Pizza instead!

I ordered the spicy beef Hunan and crab rangoons and egg rolls and chicken lo mein, and it all came with rice.
I threw it all away except the hunan beef. Everything was bland and not that good. Threw $50 dollars of food away. The breading on the egg rolls and crab rangoons was bland and gross. The rice bland. The chicken texture in the lomein was pretty gross and disappointing. The noodles were dry and bland. It was some of the most pathetic chinese food I ever had.
The people were nice. But I wanted good asian food. I recommend China Hibachi on main Street in fountain inn if you’re looking for good asian cuisine.

I’ll never go back. Spent $54 for an order of beef Lo Mein and two orders of sesame tofu. The beef was really bad, and I really don’t know how they can call the rice fried. My family each took two bites and then threw it in the trash.

I know this is a fast low effort chinese joint. However it’s the worst restaurant of this kind that I’ve been to. I ordered chicken lo mein, the noodles were watery and bland. The chicken had no texture, it was chewy and barely cooked. Whoever is cooking this has no idea what american chinese food should taste and feel like. Just go to panda express instead

Good food, Good value… Reminiscent of a small town Asian Restaurant… Quick Service, Hot and well seasoned food. Clean and very functional. What it lakes in ambiance it more than makes up on food quality, taste and value. Staff very polite. Believe most business is take out. May not bring a first date, but would definitely recommend dropping in for good, simple, hot, quality food.
