Tampa Bay Food Tours loves visiting great waterfront dining, and Sea Fire Grill definitely delivers! Located at the top of Gulf Harbors’ main channel, this spot has had many lives—but this may be its best yet.

The downstairs open-air area is spacious and laid-back, featuring the Sunset Cove Bar, where you can savor the same delicious food and drinks in an outdoor setting. With inviting balcony seating, it’s perfect for casual dining and relaxing while taking in the water views. Upstairs, the dining room offers a beautiful interior with channel views. Both bar areas are relaxed, with friendly service, making it an ideal spot to unwind.

We enjoyed the filet with mashed potatoes and broccolini, topped with the peppercorn sauce—which was absolutely delicious. The crab-stuffed mushrooms, featuring tender crab, scallions, and a rich beurre blanc, were a perfect starter. Everything we tried was flavorful and expertly prepared.

A perfect spot for scenic views and excellent food! Visit soon and tell them Tampa Bay Food Tours sent you

Wednesday night at the bar 7p. Very quiet and not busy at all but should be more so. Excellent service at the bar Eleni was spot on. Cajun chicken pasta, very good indeed. Very nice ambiance, nicely done renovation. Great sunsets. Sits at end of canal to the Gulf. Maybe next time I’ll try Sunset Grill downstairs. Only negative is 55° outside 66°inside and draft $$$.

I have been wanting to try this and the reviews seem great. I’m actually very disappointed and they did not earn a return customer. I ordered the pretzel bites, lobster bisque, crab cakes and a side of seafood macaroni & cheese.
Pretzels: plain & beer cheese was extremely lumpy. Applebees has better pretzels.
Lobster Bisque: there is no lobster definitely a disappointment in this.
Crab cakes: This was why I added a star they were decent.
Lobster Mac & cheese: it’s what the menu says there was no lobster but one piece of what tasted like a scallop. The actual Mac& cheese was decent but I was going for the lobster taste, there wasn’t one.
For the prices of the items the food doesn’t match. Wasted $60 and wasn’t greeted upon arrival I stood there for a little over 5 minutes there was a paper bag on the counter I checked it my name so I just took it and left was going to tip cash but there was no one to tip. That is why I gave a star for service. Looking for other seafood options in the new port Richey.

Great dinner experience tonight
With our daughter staff and friends. Our first time here and wings and spinach dip were great starters…..cocktails were delicious. We tried the Magolian Short Ribs….it was large and very tender…..the scallops and shrimp over risotto…perfect and Cajun pasta chicken was very good. I plan to come back with friends to try other dinners.

A few weeks ago I received a promotion and came here with my husband and sister. We had such a great experience and our waitress was on point. The chocolate peanut butter dessert we had was out of this world. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Ate here on Sunday for “brunch.” The brunch menu was limited. The food was either really good or it was terrible. I ordered the fried chicken and waffles. It was actually very tasty but… the chicken was supposed to have honey hot sauce on it and did not. Also the fried chicken looked really big but there was almost no checked in it. It was all breading. It was still the best dish of everything we got. My daughter ordered the salmon but they were out of salmon. Not sure how a seafood place is out of Salmon. She had her mind set on salmon and since they didn’t have any, she just ordered sides of yellow rice, which was average, and Mac and cheese, which was so bad we sent it back and removed it from our check. My other daughter had the Eggs and crab cake Benedict. It was way too salty and the crab cakes tasted like stove top stuffing. The worst part was the English muffins it comes in were soggy and mushy. We also got 2 apps which were actually tasty. We had the calamari and stuffed mushrooms. Both were decent. We also got the bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys but unfortunately, they seemed to be understaffed so we were only able to get a couple of drinks in the 2 hours we were there so it wasn’t really bottomless. Our server was really nice and I felt bad they were understaffed. The worst part was our bill was over $125 which is crazy considering we only had 2 mediocre meals, 1 side, and drinks. On top of everything else it was FRIGID in there. It was 40 degrees outside and they had the AC on down to like 50 inside and it was FREEZING. Unfortunately, we won’t go back because the food just wasn’t great.

During our visit two weeks ago, we were impressed by the awe-inspiring view and savory dishes. The peaceful atmosphere and scenic waterfront views created a serene brunch experience. What’s more, the expansive space would provide an ideal setting for a family brunch gathering.

A lovely place! We were in town visiting my in-laws and decided to come here when looking for a place for lunch. It was a Sunday somewhere between 3 and 4 pm, and we were able to be seated right away. It was windy and rainy, and we sat at a table right by the window to see the boats docked on the water.

Our server was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. I wasn’t feeling too great, so I ordered a chicken Caesar salad, but I wanted some seafood really bad as so many things looked good on the menu. My husband ordered the seafood mac and cheese, and I did try those leftovers later, and chef’s kiss they were good. The salad was an entree size and properly filled me up! Everything about it was tasty and everything I had hoped for.

It is pricey, but it is a pretty nice restaurant. Next time we are in town, I absolutely would love to come back and try the seafood!
