I really tasty restaurant in downtown Mount Shasta. We were there late in the evening and we were still greeted with a smile, and our server was wonderful. She seemed genuinely happy to see us. We had the filet mignon, which I was told was good not out of sight, but was tasty. We also had a wonderful salad. The lettuce was fresh and wonderful, and the feta and avocado were a nice touch

We had a lovely late lunch. My waitress Brandy and Lily did a great job finding a substitute for the Buffalo Trace I requested. Pizza was delicious. Love this group

Excellent food and friendly staff. The creamy pastas were delicious. Food came out relatively fast on a busy day (July 4th). The crispy calamari was my favorite. Would love to come back for more.

Ok here we go!! I came in here a year ago and it was AMAZING!!!! Proponently displayed was a Real Brick pizza Oven!! The signature item that really set this place apart. The atmosphere WAS Amazing. The kind of Amazing that would really make you come back even if the food was Mediocre. Came back with my family about a year later, and the pizza oven is now behind closed walls and the dining area went from Unique to a fancy cafeteria. NOT HAPPY. WHO MAKES THAT DECISION how do you come to that ?!?!? Now I’m bitter, my favorite beer blew and they didn’t have a replacement keg, my son ordered pizza sticks and got a flat bread when I asked if that was pizza sticks, she just said “Yup” for the price the food is OK, the atmosphere looks like a gender neutral bathroom, and unfortunately the best thing about the place is the service, I will encourage my family to go next store next time also Old fashions do not have cinnamon in them unless it’s clearly denoted in the title or the recipe!!

I’m SO disappointed! I got a to-go order of Artichoke dip breadsticks on my way south to Red Bluff, and I specifically asked for them to be LIGHTLY baked, as they were dark brown at our last visit a month ago. They were perfect a year ago as seen in my 1st review (on Yelp), but we were told that ownership changed. When I just called from home, and sent the manager photos of my BURNT breadsticks, the owner said “that’s just the way they’re made in our wood-fired pizza oven”. Strange that the same oven used to cook them perfectly, but is now to blame. The owner refused to reimburse me or even comp my next order of breadsticks when I’m up in Mt Shasta again—I was willing to try again. Would’ve been such an easy fix…bummer.

Party of 3 for dinner: (plus infant)
No waiting for seating at a great table up front on the restaurant side. Our server, Chelsea, was knowledgeable and friendly. Our bartender, Jamie, made some of the most delicious tasting espresso martinis I’ve ever tried. The food was prepared by Kenny, who cooked everything to perfection; the cheesy sausage and meatball appetizers were brought out promptly and were delicious…the bread served with the meatball appetizer was remarkable! After we had some time to enjoy the appetizers, Chelsea brought us the mains…the filet was perfectly medium rare and seasoned well. The Fish was flaky and tender. The Craft House Pizza sticks were a spicy treat. No room for dessert on this trip, but they offer some tempting choices. We will certainly be back soon and often. Also, they said the meats are locally and humanely raised on the owner’s ranch and the freshness was delightfully noticeable.
