The fact that they offer beef bacon is a HUGE deal for me. It’s so rare to find, and since I don’t eat pork, it means I can actually enjoy my pizza without compromise.

I ordered an XL plain cheese pizza with garlic crust last week. It was delicious. Today I ordered 2 Large garlic crust with pepperoni on 1 and the other was plain. Both are just as good as my previous order. I’ve been looking for this kind of pizza for a while and I’m glad to find Super Fratellie’s! The only thing I found strange was that you can’t go in to pick up. They have a walk up window. Not a big deal, but it was raining the day I went. Maybe an awning to keep us dry on a rainy day. Keep up the great job!

I have to leave a review because of the incredible woman, Charlene, who took my order over the phone. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely pleasant to talk to—it honestly made my day. Fratelli’s is really the best. Every time I order, I’m never disappointed. The staff are super friendly especially to the kids in the neighborhood including my daughter, nephew and their friends.! Super Fratelli’s has great pizza but what they have is better customer service. Charlene their manager arranged 50 pizzas for an event at our school with delivery at 11:30 am. The pizzas arrived hot, delicious and on time. Charlene coordinated everything flawlessly and the driver was very nice. Thank you for feeding many hungry teenagers. Ask for Charlene you will have nothing to worry about.

Additionally, the flavors of the meat and fresh vegetables were out of this world! Super enjoyable! Now let’s move on to the customer service. I had the pleasure of speaking with Alexis on various occasions. She has always been patient, knowledgeable and professional. These attributes are typically very important to most consumers.
