Stumbled upon a video about their balloon pizza and decided to book it in advance. Went without reading up what the place and food is like, and oh boy, it was a great decision. It’s “hidden” in the woods and you feel like you have been wheeled off to Finland with it’s log cabin house and wooden tables. The balloon pizza is at just gimmicky or Instagram worthy. It’s worth your time driving there and worth your calories. The roasted meat was also very good. My mum who usually dislike meat enjoyed it a lot. Lovely evening to spend with the family.

This place is very poorly maintained. This is very typical in Japan though. The sign outside is broken. There was a barrel and hoses dumped in the pond that is more like a swamp. It is February, but Christmas decorations are still up! Seriously?
We sat outside and caught the sun. They supply blankets to keep warm. Some nice trees to look at (not a forest) but there is a constant humming sound of traffic from the expressway in addition to the bird sound. Food was fine. Normal wafer thin pizza and carbonara pasta.

This log cabin restaurant lies in the forest at the foot of Mt. Tempai.
Located a short distance from Prefectural Route 31, the route is easy to find and there is ample parking.
The interior is a warm space inspired by the nature of Alaska, where you can enjoy a leisurely meal while feeling the warmth of the wood.
Their specialty is the dome-shaped “Forest Bomber Pizza,” but this time we had the monthly changing lunch course (main: tongue stew), which is limited to 10 servings on weekdays. Everything from appetizers to dessert is carefully prepared, and the tongue stew in particular was flavorful, tender, and very satisfying.
As the restaurant is busy even on weekdays, we recommend visiting earlier if you would like to try the limited menu items.
This restaurant allows you to enjoy authentic Western cuisine in a natural setting.

The Dome Pizza is a bit off-putting, but the taste is pretty good.
I read other reviews and was prepared, so I wasn’t disappointed. The performance element was significant, and the taste was a bit off for the price. It was just average, with a nice crispy texture. However, the menu listed a different pizza as the restaurant’s recommended choice, so if you’re looking for a satisfying meal, you might want to try something else.
In addition to the pizza, I also ordered a shrimp and avocado salad and a running pork doria. Both were delicious.

I went on a Saturday lunchtime. I lined up 10 minutes before opening without a reservation, but we ended up sharing a large table. If you want a relaxed dining experience, I recommend making a reservation.
The parking lot is a little far from the restaurant, so you have to walk up a small slope in the forest, then cross a staircase and a bridge over a small stream to get to the restaurant.
Access is required for wheelchair users and strollers. Since I’m recovering from a back injury, it was a bit of a challenge for me.
Payment was accepted via PayPay and credit card.

A short walk through the trees from the parking lot leads to this restaurant nestled on the lakeside, and the atmosphere is already wonderful even before you enter. ☆
The building is a log cabin, and there’s terrace seating facing the lake.
This time, I ordered their famous bomber pizza. ☆ It’s not only visually impressive, but it’s also quite filling.
The staff cut it for me, and the thin, crispy crust is delicious.
If you can’t finish it, they’ll put it in a bag for you to take home.
Lunch sets are also available on weekdays.
This is a restaurant where you can truly enjoy an extraordinary experience.

There are a long flight of stairs from the parking lot to the entrance, so it may not be suitable for wheelchair users.
It’s a quiet, secluded spot where you can enjoy your meal while feeling like you’re in the forest.
The pizza was thin and crispy and very delicious.
The pasta was also well-seasoned.
The only downside is that despite the beautiful view, the windows were dirty.
However, the staff were always busy patrolling the hall.

Thank you for the meal.

I saw Bomber Pizza on TV and I’ve been dying to try it ever since! Finally, I got to try it! It was about a 100m walk from the parking lot. It really was in the forest! ✨
I could feel the negative ions! ✨
Kids might be excited to get to the restaurant! !!
The restaurant is in a large log cabin, and the interior is atmospheric! ✨

The Bomber Pizza was visually impressive!
The taste was so fresh, you could really taste the ingredients! !!
It was a light pizza, so we finished the entire large one for two people! ✨
I think it was about 30cm in diameter! !!

It was incredibly delicious, and I was able to eat it all the way to the end! ✨
I’m full now! ♪

I want to try the salmon next time!
I’ll definitely be back! ♪

It’s a 150m walk from the parking lot.
After passing through the forest, you’ll find a large log cabin restaurant on the edge of a small pond.
The dim lighting creates a lovely atmosphere.

Today, I had lunch with friends.
We had a variety of options, including lunch sets and bomber pizzas. ✨

Hors d’oeuvres: Eggplant and zucchini, with a lovely aroma.

The salmon steak was sizzling hot.
Yet the meat was plump. ✨

The “Running Pig” was served in a saucer.
Served with salt and a unique, rich sauce. ✨

The way the salmon steak was presented was quite charming (it looked like a child’s bottom or diaper. ☺️)

The bomber pizza was brought out in a dome shape, and the cutting and slicing performance was fun.
If you’re having lunch with 3-4 people, I highly recommend adding it.

The pudding for dessert was rich with custard and sliced almonds, a perfect addition. ✨

The bomber pizza had a crispy crust and large toppings that were delicious.
The performance of them cutting it right in front of you was also great.
There was no music playing inside the store, so it was quite quiet, and I think the atmosphere would have been even better if they had played some music.

I found this place on Instagram and had to check it out!
It wasn’t one of those disappointing places you often see on Instagram.

The location was great and the food was delicious.
Although the name of the restaurant is Alaska, it doesn’t serve Alaskan cuisine; instead, it mainly serves pasta, pizza, and steak. The prices are reasonable and the portions are quite generous.

Personally, I thought the Bolognese was delicious. It had a slight sour taste.
They seem to be famous for their Mori no Bomber Pizza, but I decided to go with the old-fashioned pizza. It really did have a traditional taste.

It’s a little far, but I’d like to go again.
