I went to Burger King and honestly, it was a great experience. The food was fresh, hot, and really tasty. The service was fast and the staff were friendly, which made everything better. I also liked the atmosphere—it was clean, comfortable, and a good place to sit and enjoy my meal. Definitely coming back again.

I went there yesterday January 24th between 9 and 10 pm
It was like 9:20ish
There is this woman who took my order and she was so rude! And I asked her for a combo and she didn’t gave me the fries
I also ask for Diet Coke and she gave just normal coke. She was very rude and not nice at all !!!

This restaurant is incredibly clean and the staff is super friendly. Also they know what they’re doing when it comes to how to work to computers and how to use the discounts on the app. We barely waited a long time for our food and was made properly as well.

Missed two chicken sandwiches and cheesy tots from my order which is fine, was pointed to online help when I called, and was refused a refund which is bizarre and a lot of wasted time. Not just giving the dollar amount back for food not provided due to their error is not right. Only offered a coupon which I have no need for. Very messed up to not just correct the mistake and instead put the onus on the customer to try to hunt a solution or be forced to drive in circles etc.

Everything in the order was wrong except for the chicken nuggets which not even this incompetent restaurant can mess up.
3 whoppers and a hamburger came without any of the condiments or bacon.
My advice? DON’T EAT HERE!!!
