At home sick and My Husband surprised me with lunch. We ordered two pick twos the original and a turkey bacon. Our sandwiches had very little meat, veggies or cheese. The sandwiches were so sloppily put together. Called the manager and she said I could come bring my sandwich back and she would make it personally herself. Who wants to pick up lunch twice or has the time. The broccoli cheese soup was good and warm. Come on Schlotzsky’s do better.

Salad had old slimy pieces i had to pick out, chicken texture was pretty gross too. Hardly any fruit, nuts, or cheese. Really sorry salad that is usually good. Sandwich was very good however.

Took my daughter & “friend” on an adventure at 7:28 because mama wanted some Cinnabon. 30 minutes before the place was suppose to close & let me just say SHAWN not only had us giggling past business hours he kindly remade my daughters sandwich because let’s be honest kids are picky! TREKEDIA offered us freshly iced Cinnabon & also had us giggling! I forget about this location after living in amarillo my whole 31 years of life but I can reassure you my family and I will not go to any other location moving forward. TREKEDIA & SHAWN both deserve some recognition because they both went above and beyond from the service, food, and hospitality the second we walked in the establishment doors till we left. Fast food service can suck at times but the two of them definitely made it worth the late night cravings! We WILL be back!

Very nice location; actually the nicest Schlotzsky’s location I’ve ever had the pleasure of dining. Large interior and outdoor seating available. Friendly service. Clean restaurant. I love the drink selection (they have more tea varieties than any location I’ve been to). They have metal trays for the food instead of the baskets so you have plenty of room for your food. After we were finished eating an employee actually came around and took our trays.

Great place to eat. Never really crowded but today they were short staffed but the food was great. They have great gluten free pizzas and you can add sides to them . Sandwiches are always good too.

Placed a to go order this evening. On the ticket it shows everything correct. Food was NOT. Requested NO sauce on sandwich – got it anyhow. This was for a person who gets sick if he eats it. Ordered California chicken avocado flat bread. Got chicken flat bread. Spent $63 + tip. Two out of four made wrong. Do better next time.

Stopped in for lunch on a Monday with 2 co-workers. The facility wad new and modern. I had a southern chicken salad. The food tasted good. The staff were friendly and the price was reasonable. I would eat here again. The only complaint I may have, the item I ordered was listed at 290 calories. I’d be willing to bet it is actually double that… the salad was the size of the entire plate and came with 2 cups of ranch and a hunk of bread. No way that’s under 300 calories. Other than that, good experience.
