I come here all time and i dont like to make problems, however, everytime i ask for light ice, i never get light ice and I’ve had to have the employees remake it several times and ive just given up. It also seems to depend who is working around 4-5. My drinks have tasted great thats not the issue but i just want light ice please

I showed up at this Starbucks at 5:00 AM ( First in line ) specifically for the limited edition teddy bear cup that released today. When I got there, the staff said they had one available, but once the doors opened, I was told it was already gone. Turns out, one of the employees bought it before customers even had a chance, which goes directly against Starbucks’ own policy that employees can’t purchase merchandise before the public.
It’s really disappointing to wake up early, wait patiently, and still be turned away because staff didn’t follow the rules. This kind of favoritism and poor management reflects badly on the store and makes loyal customers feel completely disrespected.

These girls at this Starbucks are so hard headed!!! They don’t listen at all and they move slowly. If you try going there before work they will make you late. Don’t try the pineapple cloud cake because it’s horrible & dry, and I guess they forgot the lemon in my lemonade. Please do better.

My favorite Starbucks ever! Smiling faces, great service, clean store and bathrooms. It’s the old style of service, good food, and drinks I love! I can’t help but stop in every time I’m near! Be patient during warm weather since frappuccinos and other cold drinks do take longer to make. U-Turn at Ganttown Rd if traveling south on Blackhorse Pike. Look for Lifestyles Formal wear right before Starbucks driveway.

The drinks come out.. ehh okay most times, but it is so cold inside that it is impossible to stay inside and get work done. It’s like they purposely are trying to make it feel like a freezer so you don’t stay. Someone else mentioned this a year ago in the reviews and they still haven’t done anything about it. Luckily, other starbucks in the area have better atmosphere and comfort to get work done.

This place is always so cold even in the winter it is so bad that you cannot stay to get work done. I asked one of the people in the store why they keep it so cold (even in the winter) they said the temperature is preset and even the GM cannot change it. The drink was good but the atmosphere was horrible. Would not recommend going here if you want to have a meeting, study or get work accomplished.

Had the bacon gouda and egg sandwich for the first time. Wasn’t very good. Def not worth $5.25 plus tax.. half of the bacon was disgusting- undercooked and rubbery. Turned me off.
