This place is off the charts! I called in an order for my 10 year old son for his birthday, spending $79.40. I went in at the time I was told it would be ready and I was met by an employee who asked me if I was there to dine in or takeaway. I told them it was to take away and had previously put my order in.
When the manager heard my name, she said it wasn’t ready yet but that she needed the employee who spoke to me, to come and help her get my order together. My order was NOT difficult at all. Nothing unique or special about the order, just normal chicken in a bucket, with some sides.
The manager was frustrated, on edge, upset, amongst other things but what was funny was that there was only two other customers standing next to me; no other customers in the restaurant. There were one or two cars in drive-through, so essentially, not a difficult spot to be in.
I stood and waited for about five minutes until another employee came over and asked me what my name was. I told him my name and he said, “Oh yea, your order is here.” He pointed in the opposite direction to where the manager and the other employee were “working on my order.”
I had been stood in line waiting for an order that was already completed (sitting on a table in the opposite direction-not heated), having to put up with a manager who couldn’t handle small amounts of stress and ‘peak traffic’ (allegedly), and found there were more employees (three) on the customer side of the restaurant (getting soda and stuff) than in the kitchen (two) doing their jobs!!!!
First of all, why do you need that much staff if they aren’t going to be in the kitchen during peak time????
I added a screenshot of what I ordered compared to three photographs of what I actually got. With this being the only KFC near me, and me living some distance away, I didn’t have the time or the patience to go back and face the manager who had no idea what she was doing.
Part of me feels sad and/or bad for her because she could probably be a good manager, but she doesn’t have the staff around her who are going to do the job properly. Essentially, it falls on her. I still like the taste of KFC but you guys have got to do something about how this restaurant functions.
In a way, my sons birthday meal was ruined. We still made the most of it but probably won’t go back there again.

I know the KFC on Galvin has been given a bad rap over the last few years. I even criticized them at times.
However, I went in there a few weeks ago for lunch. Wow, the place looks great. Clean, friendly, and the food was awesome. Huge improvement since the last time I was there.
Today, I went through the drive through. Super quick service and again, the food was great. Place looked clean from what I saw, which is not what I saw over the years prior.
So, if you want to put KFC back on places in Bellevue to eat, I would recommend giving them another look. I am impressed from what I experienced in the past. Not sure what changed, but it is a total 180 degree turnaround from what I remember.

Hands down the worst chicken from KFC Ive ever had. The first pic is what I got and the second is from Plattsmouth…they regularly change the cooking oil and it makes a huge difference in taste, moistness, and tenderness. Both the original recipe bucket and tenders we got from here were inedible.

We ordered two of the 5 piece tenders and for the sides mac and cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy. The third order was the hot chicken sandwich meal with french fries. The tenders were crispy and juicy. The Mac and cheese was delicious. The chicken sandwich was very good. It was crispy and juicy and it also had a good kick to the hot sauce. Very good! I think our cashier’s name was Elaine. She was very friendly and helpful, and so was the manager.

Comes with 8 pieces of deep fried chicken (OG or extra crispy), 4 biscuits, and 3 large sides. We got mashed potatoes with gravy, Macaroni and cheese and French fries.
Everything was really good- juicy chicken with a good variety of pieces, fluffy biscuits and crispy fries!
A good price to feed the whole family!

This must be hit and miss. Reading the ratings I had some pretty low expectations. I haven’t been to a KFC in years but a friend really wanted some KFC and he was buying…so… To my surprise, it was actually a pretty great experience. Food was fresh and hot, extra crispy chicken was the best, service very fast, dining room clean and also friendly people. I’ll be back again.

Won’t honor the advertising on the walls when forced to order from kiosk. Decided for one night we would eat, $65 later…while waiting for the food we saw the military discount and asked if we could get that. We’re told

2nd time coming to this location. Chicken is seems darker n taste a little funny at this location. Biscuit is dry, asked for butter n honey didn’t get any. Won’t come back to this location again. Workers were friendly.

Burnt, dry, dirty grease chicken. Fries were dreadful because once again the grease was dirty !!! The biscuit was powdery for some odd reason. It crumbed in your mouth. The one star is for the drink I received. Best part of the whole meal. Why is this place open?
