Our go-to Dunkin’. We live in the Highlands, right next to another Dunkin’, and we go down the seven hills just for this Dunkin’!

Years ago, this Dunkin’ was in shambles—an absolute disaster. A young woman who used to work at the Dunkin’ across from Rockland Trust became a manager and took over this Dunkin’. Let me tell you, whoever decided to put this woman in management made the right call. She should be praised for how she has turned this location around. I remember going in years ago on my way to work to get a coffee. She had just arrived at this location, so it was no fault of her own, but the poor thing was the one who had to deal with my wrath when I came back. I was so mad because it was the millionth time they had gotten my order wrong. I had driven all the way to work and had to come back, and I was so mad. I really told her I had just had it with this location. They’d never get anything right. You could tell she was really upset because her words were that it was just embarrassing and she really genuinely told me she was so sorry. Well, ever since that day, I’ve never had a problem again. I can honestly say I believe it’s because she took over the location and became the manager.

This Dunkn is incredible.They move quickly for the most part. They are accurate 99.9% of the time. I don’t think I ever have to go back, ever because of an order issue. The woman at the front knows me by name and my dogs and my husband and puppies get so excited knowing they’re seeing their Dunkn friends through the drive through so I always put the windows down so the pups can see their girls.

Good service is really taken for granted these days and people have a tendency to just complain when something goes wrong but never praise people when they do a good job. I have to say that this crew and this location really deserves to be praised because they run a very smooth operation.They are always accurate.They are always friendly and this manager, wish I knew her name but she has been with dunkin’ donuts for at least ten years, should really be acknowledged praised and paid for how well she has turned this dunkin’donut’s location around. I drive my husband nuts because no matter where we are, I will make him drive to this location if we’re going to Dunkn. Doesn’t matter what part of the city we’re in lol There’s times i’ve even turned dunkn down if he tells me he’s not going to the north main street location.

This group is the best! We love you guys. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

P.s. were pretty solid drive through people but on the few occassions weve gone inside its absolutely prestine! Always clean.

I come to this Dunkin every morning around 4:30am and have always been a loyal customer. Today I ordered a decaf coffee for my mother, who cannot have caffeine due to heart palpitations, but was given a regular coffee instead.

When I returned to have it corrected, they did remake the coffee but charged me for the replacement, even though the original mistake was not mine. Since this was a decaf vs. regular issue and health-related, this was disappointing.

I’m leaving this review in hopes of better attention to decaf orders and improved customer service moving forward.

Ordered a large iced latte off the app with the less ice option and barely filled our cups up. Waste of ten dollars. That’s how you know they use so much ice and less product. #Starbucks is better

The manager working the morning of 12-21-25 at 10:30am should never be a manager. I watched her treat her employees like they were dirt on the bottom of her shoes! All she cared about was hitting the times and demanding orders. Maybe she would get her 10 count munchkins faster if she got them herself rather than standing at the drive thru window yelling at her staff to get it! Absolutely sad to watch.

I went there recently for my coffee order. I ordered my coffee and then asked for a cup of water. The staff told me they had to charge me for the cup of water. Is it normal to charge for that? I’ve never experienced that anywhere else. It was a bummer for me. 🙁

Ain’t no way in the world they gave my bagel the Fire Marshall Bill Special smh. Not only was it anorexic and burnt, but it was in a weird form as well. It wasn’t even that busy for them to be that lazy with my food. That staff needs training!

Worst in person customer service. Stood in store for 18mins waiting to be served and was told to “hold on”. Only way I was finally able to get service was my husband had to go through the drive thru and order. In person customer service was non existent

The men flirt all the time, the females are rude. Hearing the manager argue with her staff and watching people storm off only to still be employed is a lot.
The environment is subpar and the employees care more about whatever the heck they have going on than service.

Go there because it’s convenient and I’m not expecting like this premier coffee experience but I asked for 3 shots over ice in a medium cup. It was $4.57 which like okay it’s espresso I get it. I pull up to the window and they give me this cup almost filled to the top with cold brew??? Without a straw or anything and we’re really rude. I work at a local coffee shop, like I said not expecting the ritz Carlton of coffee but putting 3 shots over ice isn’t hard.I know what 3 shots over ice looks like and it’s not going to fill a 24oz cup. Really rubbed me the wrong way and won’t be coming back

It’s a nice little place that’s usually clean. Normally the food is heated just fine, but far too often the food or drinks are made wrong. Also If you order “light ice” or “Cream cheese ON the bagel” they will refuse to fill your drink fully and not put the cream cheese on the bagel which incredibly cheap and lazy of them. I’d only recommend going here if you’re in a rush and very easy going about how your stuff is made because there is a good chance you won’t get it how you ordered it.
I don’t usually give poor reviews but this place has really disappointed me. I literally only go here now if I’m desperate and in a rush. It’s a real shame…
