Argonaut is a small but mighty coffee shop and breakfast spot. We make our food from scratch with fresh ingredients and our biscuits have quite the following. Make sure to get here early to ensure you get one! We use Blue Star Coffee Roasters as our premier espresso or you are welcome to try the Sweetheart from Olympia Coffee(a rotating single origin with a lighter roast). We are looking forward to serving you!

This place is very nicely set up and their biscuits are sooooooooooo good. The outdoor seating area is very nice and accommodated our 7 people group very nicely.

TLDR; Excellent place for coffee, best biscuits I’ve ever had.
We came in around 8:30 on a weekend and just made it in before the line started behind us. It gets crowded very quickly so I recommend coming as early as possible.
I ordered a cappuccino, hipster avocado toast and a plain biscuit with jam and butter. Everything was delicious – the toast in insanely crunchy and the avocado is super creamy, the biscuit was generously buttered and jammed, and had a lovely crumble to it as well. The cappuccino was really well done too – coffee is roasted nicely and does not have an acidic flavor.

**park behind the building, free customer parking there!! Don’t pay for the lot beside it!!** Great coffee, absolutely delicious breakfast sandwich (we swapped bread for their Jalapeno Cheddar biscuit which was amazing, fresh and buttery and flaky) and at the time of this review they also offer Macadamia milk as an alternative which is one of my favorites and hard to find at cafes.

Ordered the pumpkin spice latte, a caramel macchiato, and two breakfast sammies. All was tasty and served up quickly! It was also easy to make the breakfast sammie vegetarian-friendly (removed ham and cheese, added extra egg patty, added avocado). Yum!!

The coffee is fantastic too! My favourite part is that the staff is paid well and fairly (there’s a sign that specifies that they don’t expect tips bc they pay their staff an equitable wage). I loved seeing that!!!

Biscuits are nice and soft had mines with cheese egg and avacado very good, The burrito is good as well. I ordered a large hot chocolate cup was half empty. Vibe is nice small spot but they have seating outside staff is friendly get you in and out pretty quick.

Biscuits lived up to the hype, coffee was also great. Almost no seating inside so be prepared to sit outside in the cold if you’re visiting in the winter. Would be nice if there were more heaters outside, but the quality of the food and coffee made it worth it.
