We ordered carry out and the main part of my meal was a simple Philadelphia roll. I went to eat the roll and had already eaten two pieces before realizing there was a large strip of aluminum foil running through most of the roll.
I have ulcerative colitis and something like pieces of aluminum foil can cause serious issues. I called the restaurant and they kept putting me on hold, but I could hear them talking about it in the background deciding what to do.
When the manager got on he acted “oh this happens all the time so it’s not a big deal”, and said they’d just credit me for the roll and that was that. The way he spoke to me was as if *I* was the issue because I was reporting it.
I wasn’t asking for a free meal, but for him to act that way then brush it off without even pretending to sound like he cared told me all I need to know about this restaurant going forward.
Accidents happen, but he didn’t even act like it mattered, I don’t even think he apologized at all and he clearly couldn’t care less.
I’m extremely disappointed in how they handled this.

Tables are too close together in the only bad thing. I like to DoorDash this place to get the quality food and feel more at ease. The Tuna tartare is so good and the amount of tuna you get is fire.
Will take my parents here when they visit and i know they will be as impressed
However, I came with a group of 6, and it took a long time to get our order in. After we ordered, it took 50 minutes for the first plate of food to hit our table and around 60 minutes before all our food was here. The food took so long that some of us ended up walking over to a nearby taco place to get a quick bite. I might put it down to the fact that they were busier than usual but I’ve also never waited so long for food in my life.
I’ll definitely be giving it another try maybe at a less busy time!
All she wants is money!
She asked me if I have a physical credit card when I already explained to her that I’d like to order two separate orders and pay for them separately with tap and pay.
She gave me the runaround first and acted as if I was doing something wrong, but I was purchasing for corporate reasons that monitor restaurant’s.
It was my second time there attempting to purchase for corporate reasons and she was ignorant and not at all helpful.
She’s very dismissive.
The ambiance is uncomfortable.
The food is overpriced.
