Whenever we are in Deerfield we always stop at this Dunkin. It is a very busy location but the staff handles it all with a smile.

I don’t think they actually put espresso in any of their drinks. I just ordered 2 specialty expresso drinks they make (for $6 each) and I added 2 shots of espresso (an extra $1+ per) and the drink they gave me tastes like sweet milk. There is no way there is 3 shots of espresso in here. This place sucks. I posted this because it’s like the 10th time this has happened and I’m finally getting around to complaining

While the Dunkin’ fare here is reliably good, be aware that parking can be challenging, particularly during busy periods. Navigating the lot can feel competitive, and store access isn’t the easiest. On a positive note, the staff are friendly. Overall, the quality you expect from Dunkin’ is present, though the parking and access could be improved.

They now started handing the credit card machine out the window so that you have to tip went today and the guy I told him to just put zero and he said I thought so. Is my choice whether I tip or not it should not be forced they shouldn’t put out the credit card machine they should let people just run their credit card if they’re not getting paid enough they need to work somewhere else he is the only one that I’ve ever had a problem with he was the only one I ever had a problem with I been going there for 6 years he was a new Spanish guy only way I can describe them because I know the accent because I’m Spanish myself

Marcia is has amazing customer service. Marcia remembers my brother and I order every time. Marcia deadication to her job shows in her work ethic. I am so happy to stop here for coffee in the morning. Marcia is always efficient, and accurate with her orders. This is very kid friendly and is near a school. There is a wheelchair accessible parking in the front. This is an excellent choice for a vegetarian.Hatti is amazing customer service!

As a local. Go to Dandee Donuts. The owners live and work here. These people do not care. It’s all computers taking your order. I used to love this place, this is my last time in ANY Dunkin Donuts. Gross. They don’t even make their own donuts here. Gross service, gross floors, gross bathroom, stay away.

Check your food because they never give you the right thing. You don’t get midnight when you ask for midnight coffee you don’t get black pepper bacon you just get plain bacon check your orders. Customer Service sucks place is always full of kids.
