The cleanliness is a disaster I refused to use the ice or soda and asked for a bottled water which they didn’t have

I came to pick up lunch for my daughter and me. I asked for a drink carrier, it seemed like an inconvenience as I was asked if I could request that on the app. It was a strange request as I would assume if I saw one person in a car that had 2 drinks I’d anticipate they needed a carrier. Then quite possibly the worst of it all I ordered the bag with 2 chili dogs, I got home to find no chili. I then happened to look at the bag and there was a little handwritten note in small print that said “sorry out of chili” This would have been useful info at the restaurant where I could have changed my order. Instead I was stuck with 2 plain hot dogs.
I’ve tried to refrain from reviewing this place for quite some time. I have given the benefit of the doubt and have just moved on. Today was different. It just seems nobody there cares about their job. Let alone the customers. Its like the land of the dead in there. Nobody smiles. Nobody takes accountability. They just do not care. Most of the time the food is very subpar. Breakfast is about the only thing that is usually right, but the environment sucks. Im not saying they have to dance and sing happy songs all day but would it hurt to maybe smile and say thank you. Maybe actually speak to a customer? You may not like your job but don’t take it out on everyone else. Find something you like and do that.
Today’s food sucked worse. I wasn’t given an option to change my order when the item was out, the fries were cold and the apple pies were overdone and nasty. My daughter said hers was fine. The service sucked because the lack of communication and telling me I need to request a drink carrier in advance.

The food is always hot and fresh when Jennifer is there. She is always friendly and polite. We get the chicken sandwich or biscuit and it never misses.

Never got my food. The lady taking orders at the drive through was so rude that when she told me “pull around” I kept driving and went to Wendy’s up the street. She came on the speaker and just said, “Yeah?” I place my order then she said, “What else?” her tone was as if I was inconveniencing her. That’s enough to make me not come back.

Service was amazing! Older generation working, and you can see a HUGE difference in service from places that employ only young folk. They were respectful and civil, and the food was delicious. I would rather have older people serving me as a retirement gig than a young person who is disrespectful and has no pride in their work/ food. The place was very clean and well stocked.
