I am so happy with Fed Up! I have tried other meal prep services but could not stomach all the packaging and waste that came along with it. Not to mention the food quality was always suspect. Fed Up addresses both issues. It’s so nice to pick up my meals right down the road in a recycle-friendly bag and get them in my fridge without hassle. I’ve been pleased with the food quality, variety, and portioning. Only a couple weeks in and I feel cleaner and more energetic. The customer service is amazing! I love me some Fed Up Kitchen. I am especially loving their new menu and added meals. Eating Fed Up helps me hit my macros (especially my protein- it’s the hardest for me) and because of that, I have lost weight quickly, feel better and more energetic etc. and the muffins and green smoothies are always a great treat!

They are so delicious and fresh and balanced with my macros. They switch them up so that you are always getting new meals. Fed Up has been the biggest life saver for me! I am a busy working mom, and it’s hard to find time to cook. Which usually results in eating out a ton. Fed Up is awesome! I’ve tried all the different meal prep companies that are out there (as I’m sure many of you have). Fed Up is number one over them all. Variety of the meals is better.
