Absolutely appalling. This was the 2nd chance we gave them. 1st was a 22. Frozen pizza, sz of hubby’s hand.. we went with a burger this time. Thin, beef jerky (called double smash burger) looking like dry gyro meat…. took so long the “bottom of barrel crumbs ” fries were ice cold crumbs, my wife got tacos, literally small as her index finger , ice cold meat on crumbly soggy tortillas… just gross. My advice: Going to Harrahs in Cherokee… bring your own food. 45. Later, We’re still hungry!!!
Gordon…give me that apron…you aren’t ready to be our chef in Cherokee..

We’ve walked through here many times, and with plenty of seating and a wide variety of choices, this food hall is always a solid stop. You’ll find everything from fish and chips to street pizza, burgers, a breakfast spot, a full bar, and even a convenience-style general store. This time, we stopped in for a quick lunch before heading home and decided to try Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips. Wifey ordered the lobster and shrimp basket, while I went with the fried shrimp basket. The only side offered is French fries, and you get to pick two sauces. The food came out quickly and was served piping hot. Her basket looked good, though to me the lobster seemed a little over-fried. She disagreed and really enjoyed her seafood, but did mention the fries could have been a little crispier. My shrimp basket was also hot and fresh, with about five to six shrimp — a fair portion for a quick bite before hitting the road. Overall, it was a very good visit to the food hall this time around.

One of the employees Melissa was of great help for us. Very nice pleasant and helpful. She was on the main floor of Ramsay’s Market and restaurant’s. All the employees we encountered there were all very friendly but Melissa was exceptional. The food at the restaurants was excellent. The shrimp was delicious I even got some to take home. The impossible burger and pizza were also very good. I wish the Valley River casino in Murphy N.C. Had the same Gordon Ramsay restaurants as this place does. They have his big restaurant out of the food court and it’s dress up and very expensive so I will never go there. So if you are at the Cherokee Casino look for Melissa. Thanks a lot Melissa I hope you and your boss see this because you deserve a raise.

I absolutely love Gordon Ramsey. I watch all of his shows so when I got the opportunity to dine at one of his restaurants I was beside myself. The restaurant is beautiful. The customer service was top notch. Bit I was so disappointed with the food. There wasn’t ant seasoning on anything. I had the fish and chips. The chips were huge and had very little salt or seasoning. The fish was gian, greasy and bland. I put a little malted vinegar hoping to make it taste better but it didn’t help. I’m certain Gordon was no where near this place. I’m sad that whomever cooked the food is making my cooking hero look bad. I’m not sure of I will return.

So depressing I was excited to try something new but it was just a burger. I have never had someone say my name so aggressively when calling my turn to pick up. It was just ok for $20 a person

The atmosphere was wonderful with the mountains in the background. Our server Desiree was very knowledgeable and told the story of how Ramsey and his friends came up with the menu. I tried the Salmon and my man tried the fish and chips. I have to eat gluten free so my only recommendation is to have a gluten free dessert and a chicken option gluten free. I try to just look for the GF on food. Anyway it was a wonderful date night out and we had fun losing over a grand at the casino.

I had an alright visit to Gordon Ramsey fish and chips. The food itself was pretty good and the mango curry sause was really unique and tasty. The crispy fish was good very good. The reason I docked a star was due to the way you order. The screen froze when I was trying to order my food. I told one of the employees and they said somone would be over shortly. I stood there awkwardly for about 5-10 minutes while a line was forming. Eventually it timed out and unfroze. I was able to reorder and pay. Other than that it was fine.

Very disappointed with both the service and the quality.

Last night we waited over an hour and a half for a very simple order: two cheese pizzas, one pepperoni pizza, and a Caesar salad. The staff appeared completely unorganized while trying to complete orders. At one point, multiple pizzas were made incorrectly and discarded, adding to the confusion and delays.

After standing and waiting, I eventually received our food—only to get a text notification saying it was ready about 20 minutes after I already had it. That pretty much sums up how disorganized the process was.

For the price, the food is extremely overpriced for what you receive. The quality did not come close to justifying the cost.

This morning we tried to give it another chance by getting breakfast. The danishes looked like something I could have picked up at my local supermarket. While waiting, an additional staff member came in, joked about how many orders were on the screen, helped himself to a drink, and offered no assistance to the two employees who were clearly doing their best to keep up.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the long wait times, lack of organization, poor value, and underwhelming quality, this was not what I expected at all—especially from a Gordon Ramsay-branded establishment.

Everyone knows by now I hate leaving a bad review. When going to Gordon Ramsay’s Fish and Chips, well, we expected something a bit better than average fast food. The line was long, understandable and not an issue. After about 20 minutes we got our fish, 2 shrimp and chips. The fish tasted a bit like Captain D’s (which I love) but it was so greasy my fingertips were covered and my lips looked glossed after eating a bite. The chips, pictured below were cold, limp and soggy with grease. Not sure chip is the right word for these. The atmosphere was nice and the area is well designed. I’m giving an overall 3 stars only because I headed over to the bakery while my husband waited and the cakes definitely didn’t disappoint. The coconut and carrot cupcakes made up for the complete failure on the fish and chips. The cupcakes weren’t out long enough to photograph.

We stopped in for a quick dinner and we were not disappointed. The food market was a little overwhelming at first, but we quickly found our bearings. We decided on sushi, but there were many promising options available to tempt your palette.
The presentation was excellent and the food was out of this world. I would highly recommend the shrimp tempura and the fried crab cake roll. The prices are a little high, as expected in a casino, but the portions are decent and make it worth you buck.
We will definitely be going back to try the rest of the cuisine.
