The pizza we got was half thin crust and half regular crust which we did not order. The regular crust side was soggy and gross. I’ve called 4 times and no one answers the phone. The girl at the front counter was rude as well. I’m not sure what happened between the last time we went there and now but this is not the quality of service or food that we have enjoyed in our 2 years of living in texas city. While writing this someone answered the phone and didn’t bother answering. Now when we call the line is busy. It will be a while before we come back.

Every single time I order here, it’s wrong. I order online so it’ll be faster, but end up having to wait anyway. I like to get the thin crust and I choose “no cut” on the order, yet every single time they cut it anyway, even though the tag clearly says no cut.

Usually the okayest pizza place but today Jessica was unkind and on another level of discourtesy and poor customer service. So much so another patron spoke up and told her, her job was to make customers happy. Tell me if this looks like a “pretzel crust” pizza. Jessica said Little Caesars photoshops their pics. Her solution was to have me return another day with my ticket and talk to a manager or buy another pizza. No courtesy, or empathy, told me the number for corporate was “on the website” but wouldn’t find it or get it for me. LOL
I’d rather go up to Dan’s pizza XL 2 topping for 9.95, y’all gotta try it!

Pizza was ok but the stuffed crazy bread was so flat it looked like it had been run over by a car and it was as hard as a rock. Not to mention it was soaked in grease.

Horrible customer service I received hard well done pizzas 3 in total 1 was great. I called and was left on hold after I talked to 2 different people the manger wouldn’t come to phone was on hold for 15 mins I drove over there with the pizzas uneaten and asked for a remake the workers were very rude to me I told them I was the one that they left on the phone and she rolled her eyes at me and went to the back to tell manager manger still hasn’t addressed the problem wouldn’t come from the back to talk to me was relaying it to her workers and so when they refused to make one of the pizzas I asked for the managers name and the worker looked at me and said I ain’t giving you her name..all I wanted was the pizzas remade even brought the pizzas back to them and that was how I was treated horrible horrible..I work for McDonald’s I get it but horrible manager and customer service..shame on lil ceasars and the managers that are training the workers horrible I will never go to this location
