Solid, clean, nice Dunkin Donuts. It’s easy to walk in and order a dozen or two or three, and Munchkins and coffee and tea. They had some good Christmas flavors as well as traditional doughnuts like Boston Creme, glazed, jelly, and more. They all were enjoyed

Always an amazing place to go to for a cup of coffee. This place always has theirs donut choice packed and ready to go. Customer service is really good too. There’s quite a few parking slots too on the side. This Dunkin’ offer drive through too if you’re in a hurry and want in and out quick.
There are a decent amount of tables if you want to hang around to enjoy your coffee. Really clean place too. Fast service!

While I was outside talking on my phone, waiting to go inside. I watched this car pull in and park in the handicap parking spot. They got out and walked inside and came back out to grab their bag. As they were walking around their car, I noticed they were wearing a Dunkin’ polo. So one of your employees is taking up a handicap van accessible spot. You can clearly see in my picture also that the spot on the passenger side is a no parking walk way area.

TLDR: location is poor for quality drinks, be very very specific.
I ordered a pumpkin spice latte with light ice, and it looks and tastes like a plain iced coffee essentially. Very little flavor, and it literally looks like 90% water. The ice is still half the cup. Not very latte-y at all. Unfortunate. If I come to this specific location, I will need to be significantly more specific with my order.

the manager from merle hay won’t let me and my friend get creamer in our lattes because it “messes up their recipes”. they are supposed to give people what they want because WE’RE THE ONES PAYING FOR IT. they should leave the customers satisfied not upset about their experience. btw my latte this morning was disgusting so sad i had to pay for it. then they gave me creamer ON THE SIDE….

Dunkin’ dounts is my all time favorite, go there at least 4 times a week. This time when I went and got 2 maple donuts and the 99 cent munchkins they put it all in the same bag so now I have to touch someone’s munchkins.

Extremely poor drive through experience. Drove right to the speaker. Placed my order. The employee was talking to someone else and I had to repeat my order twice. 2 cars in front of me. Still took 15 minutes to get donuts and a coffee. Very unfriendly and the gal asked me again what my order was. No apology or acknowledgement of the delay. Won’t ever go back there again!

This use to be a great Dunkin but for some reason within the last year it’s gone down hill. I had order a ice drink and it was basically all creamer. Then decided to give them another chance recently and the drink i had order had no flavor at all.

Ive been going to dunkin for years! I love it! Ive been to terrible ones and ive been to fantastic ones…..this one is fantastic! Excellent customer service, fresh delicious donuts, and a cozy clean restaurant. Kylie has a freindly smile and phenomenal customer service!

This is so uncalled for. I have been to this Dunkin around 9pm in the morning, 2 times in the past week. both times the food was cold in the middle, drink either has very little flavor or WAY too much. the first time i gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought about how they didn’t do it purposely and probably were just too busy to notice. The 2nd time (today) all i ordered was hashbrowns and a large iced coffee and it tasted like watered down syrup and the hashbrowns were wet, soggy and literally still frozen in the middle. I didn’t have time to come back to refund because I had to be to work but I just had to say something. and another thing, I can tell just by looking in the drive through window that it is absolutely FILTHY inside that store. I will never be coming back.
