Great Place. Cheeseburger was best in Costa Rica, if not better than some of the best in Atlanta. Fries were crispy. Tried a piece of ribs and brisket, they were good, but not exceptional. The chocolate chip cookie was delicious. I highly recommend!

5/5 stars. CharlesBBQ hit the spot! Smoke burger was ridiculously tasty and juicy – didn’t even mind the slightly soggy bun. Visiting and hanging in this area for two weeks. It’s Christmas Day; first place I found open (may have been others). They had just opened, but a young man came directly to me, using his best English, better than my Spanish, asked where I’d prefer to sit. I indicated their “terraza.”
He also offered an English menu, which I declined. I’m forever trying to learn new Spanish words.
Soo many burgers and carne. I opted for the Sandwich Pollo. The pollo with tomato, onions, melted cheese accompanied with, I’m sure were fresh cut, French fries. Papas. Also requested a cappuccino and a limonade. The food was being delivered. Quick! Cappuccino next. The Limonade just next.
Cappuccino was good and hot!
Limonade tons of crushed ice. The fries hot, seasoned and crispy.
The chicken sandwich was enormous. Fresh ciabatta roll. I thought the chicken would have been hot; it was not. Tho the cheese was melted. Nice chicken! Not scant pieces, big thick slices. Very good! Probably if you want the chicken hot you could ask ahead. I was starving and couldn’t wait to dive in!
Waiter, Donny, always checked on me. Cleared away the trash as he saw it. Another waiter took away my plate, after I got a small Togo box for one-half of my sandwich.
A very nice experience for a Christmas Day in Lindora, Pozos area.
I enjoyed the experience. Good fresh sandwiches, Big drinks menu, cerveza, fresh juices and soft drinks. Also a good appetizer menu.
The 10% added I was told was for the restaurant. But as is my forever-habit, I tipped Donny generously, it’s the Holiday.

Awesome smoked Brisket, came plenty in the Sandwich (served with good crispy fries), ordered a coleslaw on the side. Made for a great dinner.

Best brisket I’ve ever had—super tender and flavorful. Everything we tried was great. Cool vibe and nice spot overall, but don’t sit in the back area—there’s a weird smell sometimes, maybe from the river or nearby plant. Still totally worth it for the food!

Gringo here. Just stopped in with a group of 8. Had the brisket, pulled pork, salad, onion rings, and an assortment of the cocktails. Totally wonderful food, atmosphere and experience. Well worth the walk.

Fantastic BBQ restaurant. Great menu items for all foodies. The persistent smell of smoked meats and wood decor add to an excellent ambience. The overall decoration is modern and contemporary. The staff works well to provide every request for customers. Great location as well. Definitely recommend you try it and we will absolutely be back for more.
