Ordered the new cheeseburger and chicken taco pizzas, as well as the ExtravaganZZa. All three pizzas were swimming in grease, to the point of soaking through the boxes. All three pizzas were inedible. We gave feedback on the app, and we were offered either 60 points (1 free pizza) or 20% off our next order. There was a third option that said “I don’t want either of these options”. Thinking that it might get us some further help, we clicked it. It closed the feedback portion and just took us back to the app. We then submitted a complaint via email, to which we got no response. We will not be ordering from them again.
Recieved an email from the General Manager Ruth. She apologized for the quality of food and offered to replace our order and try to redeem the bad visit. We decided that we would give them another chance. So we called and placed our order with Bailey. There was some confusion regarding the credit, but Bailey quickly offered to call the manager, and shortly he returned to the phone confirming the credit and ready to take our order. When our order arrived, it was correct except for one of our pizzas. It was supposed to be thin crust but it arrived as hand tossed. Even with this mistake, the pizzas were great and we are glad that we gave then another chance. Ruth and Bailey are super helpful

3rd time getting a Buffalo chicken pizza incorrect. I called asked for fresh pizza to come out. Yeah it’s literally drowning in Buffalo sauce absolutely ridiculous amount. I called again the Manager Kaylee is rude with a nice voice, refuses to make and send out the pizzas correctly and refuses to refund my money!

This staff at this location is superb!!! Megan is a superstar and does an outstanding job. I had trouble with the app and she was so patient and helpful. Pizza here is always excellent. Best Domino’s in the area. Another great experience at this location got the Unlimited Toppings Large Pizza for $9.99. Awesome Deal. They don’t skimp on toppings either.Got a Chicken Bacon Alfredo pizza and it was Perfect. Best Pizza I ever had here.

Extremely disappointed!! Just spent $49 on 4 oven baked subs (chicken parm, bacon chicken ranch, habanero chicken & a plain steak) a large pizza (square cut with extra pepperoni & half bacon half Italian sausage) & Parmesan bread bites (free with points). Got home and the only thing that was made correctly was the free parmesan bites!! Chicken parm had 3 pieces of chicken on the whole sandwich, plain steak was practically just bread (just a few crumbles of steak), the habanero chicken didn’t have ANY habanero sauce (also only 3 pieces of chicken on the whole sandwich) & the pizza was regular sliced with barely any meat!! I called the store immediately and was told they can’t find my order with the order# from receipt, name nor phone number (convenient huh?!), so the young man that answered my call said he was “writing my information down for a store credit” & that “the next time I order just tell them I have a store credit”…good luck to me with that!! I tried to upload pics to this review to support my complaints, but the option is not available!!

Normally I don’t order my wings from pizza places but was feeling like why not since never really had issues with Dominos. Never been to this location saw the reviews and ratings so placed an ordered on the app for 1 large thin crust pizza and 10 pc wings last Saturday night. Everything was coo until I got home and bit into the wings. Pizza was good as it should be but the wings soggy and mushy on the inside I couldn’t even finish them due to the inconsistency. The wings reminded me of grocery store wings but the cheap knockoff branded wings when you’re shopping on a budget. Also they were lacking sauce (as pictured) like someone just poured alil sauce on top to make sure it’s visible enough when checked at the counter for pickup. I wish the wings were cooked more thoroughly too. I’ll just stick with pizza from Dominos and get my wings elsewhere.

The service is inconsistent at best. I only gave them the 3 stars because I did not want to take credit away from the few hard working employees they do have. My last visit was especially disappointing when I saw a raw ball of dough sitting on the counter by the register (needless to say outside of the food prep area). I brought it to the staff’s attention to which he acknowledged he knew about it. No attempts were made to clean it up. Do better Dominos.
