Went in and the waitress was very nice and made sure we were taken care of, very sweet and was quick to help us. Food was great as there’s not many decent sushi places in Salem. Also, I’m sorry I forgot to leave a tip!! Next time I will add double to the tip to make up for it. Thank you!

Wanted to try this one for awhile but was disappointed. The pricing was pretty good at $3.25 a plate but it shows in the quality amd variety of flavors/filling.

My husband and I shared 11 plates for lunch and each was a “different” option but 10/11 was full of “krab” (fake crab filler). And half tasted “fishy”, which is not normal for fresh fish.

The service was great but the food not so much. Our favorite belt place is sushi kyo in McMinnville. More expensive but better variety (and not all filled with krab), fresher and higher quality. Our favorite sushi overall is Osaka in Dallas. Not thrilled to pay $1.50 to park either in downtown salem now

O’Sushi is a cozy conveyor belt sushi restaurant with bar-style seating and tables lining the belt. My visit had its ups and downs. I really like the concept of the conveyer belt, it’s  fun and convenient, but the sushi selection felt limited, and some plates seemed less fresh, with some rice being dry and hard. At $3 per plate with only 3 slices of sush, I expected more variety and freshness. However, the friendly staff and charming atmosphere make it worth another try—perhaps during a quieter time when the plates might be better.

You genuinely can’t get anything better at this price. Sure, it might not be the best sushi in all of Oregon but you’d likely pay much more for that, and there’s probably not gonna be a fun conveyor belt.

Speaking of the conveyor belt, the items on the belt covers most of what the average person would get here, and there’s a large menu for those looking for something more. The vast majority of the sushi is priced at $3 – which is a miracle after COVID! (I visited in 2020 for the first time I EVER ate sushi and it was $2.50 a plate during limited happy hours, so I think it’s a win for it to be only 50¢ more for the entire day now)

The server was nice and paying for the meal was quick – all they had to do was count my plates.

Overall, I’d recommend this place for those looking for a quick bite or if you want to try sushi for the first time without breaking the bank!

Good service, though only one Lady on the floor. She was friendly and on top of stuff.
They make what you asked if you didn’t find it on the belt. The belt had a lot of the same 5 or 6 things.
Fair prices.
We have gone several times…it’s a good place to get everyday sushi, not so much specialty sushi (though some they can make if asked).
Options for no shellfish and even veggie “sushi”.

Really fun spot for a quick easy bite. Not the best sushi ever but it’s still pretty good. If you want more options on the conveyer belt I would recommend going for lunch other times you will probably want to order some stuff. Service is good, since it is a small place you don’t have to wait too long for anything even when it is busy.

wow! literally the best sushi in salem and or keizer hands down. Price is unbeatable, the qaulity is amazing, and the service is great. Really clean and spacious. The miso soup is fantastic as well. Guranteed you will not find a better place then this one around. only downside, they close at 9 pm.

They had a huge order and made sure to still take care of us and feed us. Sweetest, what I can only assume manager or owner, made sure we “didn’t leave hungry”.

My wife and I stopped in here on a whim and are so glad we did. We found a wide variety of sushi at an extremely fair price (every plate on the built is the same price). Everything tasted fresh and wonderful. The staff is super friendly and informative. We will definitely come again.

Really fun conveyor belt sushi. Good quality and clean environment. Bathrooms are located down a separate hall through another building. Sushi pieces are very large, almost too big to fit in your mouth. Fresh sushi and friendly service.
