My husband wanted to try a couple of wraps from this place. When I asked what kind of wraps they have, I was told “Well ma’am, you’re looking at the pictures on the menu.”
It didn’t click right away that “Twisters” are their version of wraps.
And when I got my food, which included a spicy bowl, it was on its side with the lid open. Oil/sauce was everywhere. Why pack such a thing on its side AND ALSO not make sure the lid was on properly?

So I heard that KFC doesn’t taste the same anymore. So tonight we decided to try it. Service was great! But the Extra Crispy chicken does not taste good anymore. If you get the Breast make sure you get a drink cause it’s so dry. I also couldn’t wait to try the Wedges they brought back. I loved those back in the day but they were such a disappointment! They’re a lot thinner and the taste of those changed too. The only things that did taste good was the biscuit, coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy.

I pulled in to order on Tuesday at 5pm. I was told at the order window, it would take 30 minutes for an 8 piece bucket. They said a catering order had just taken all of their chicken. Not only is this ridiculous to happen at dinner time on a weekday but, the parking lot was packed with no place to wait. Also, there is no way to exit the drive through lane once in it. The manager on duty who allowed this should be fired. I will never pull in there again.

Was not impressed. Not very busy and staff wouldn’t even really acknowledge anyone near the counter. Multiple mistakes when giving food to people while I was waiting for a pickup then when I asked about my pickup order it was an inconvenience to the staff.
On top of that food was not good quality. Chicken tenders needed a steak knife so my kid was like nope the bucket of chicken was just small not really recognizable pieces of a chicken 2 drum sticks and one decent sized breast.

They constantly screw up orders or run out of chicken and expect you to wait 20+ minutes. The staff is very rude and told me to go into the kitchen and make my own food. Chicken is always soggy and mushy, never crunchy then dry on the inside. It’s completely backwards to what you want and expect. Don’t waste your time or money here. You can get better fried chicken from a gas station. Publix chicken is 10x better and I don’t even like it haha.

Why is the music filled with 4 letter cusswords? It’s not even rap music, it’s pop country and the language is trash. I love eating my lunch inside, and I’ve never had this issue here before. If it doesn’t change I’ll have to start eating somewhere else. Maybe try some Praise and Worship music.

Ordered on app. Went through the drive thru to pick up, like everywhere else I go. Told me that I had to go inside to get my food even though it was like 3 steps away from her. Ordered chicken nuggets and they tasted and felt like they were cooked 2 hours ago and over cooked as the meat and breading were hard and crunchy. I literally had to throw them all out and only ate the mashed potatoes and gravy. Lucky for me I went home to eat because they put nothing to eat with in the bag not even napkins. Will never return to this kfc again. Worst food, service and experience ever. Place was awesome when it first opened but has gone down hill since.

I come to this place frequently and they never dispoint they gave great food and friendly service and refillable drinks. The bathrooms are clean and the the dining room is large. Definitely recommend.

Wow we just left this KFC at 5:45 7-26-2025 because no one would wait on us at the counter. They weren’t busy, no one in line, 1 person in the dining room and 2 cars at the drive up.
The manager lady in the back with a hat on looked right at us. We counted at least 5 employees. So disappointed in you KFC! The couple who came in behind us still at the counter no one helping them either as we drive out. I would like a corporate reply.
