Every time I come here Mrs. Kathy is so sweet to me. She takes time to make sure she gets my order right. This morning is gave me a sweet little baby Jesus and a bracelet that says “Do to others as u would have them do to u. Luke 6:31”. I almost stopped somewhere else. Unfriendly staff. Slow service. My ice cream cone was not prepared properly. Took 10 min to get my cone. Smh…y’all gotta do better. I love my ice cream and I’m in Natcitoches often. I will give them one more try. Maybe everyone there was just having a bad day.

The dining area was well kept and very clean. We arrived around one thirty in the afternoon on labor day to have lunch. The food that we ordered were fresh and hot. The server was very friendly.

The Manager Robert tried to argue us down saying that the tacos didn’t fall out the box. Basically what he said was he don’t know what happened between my house and the Dairy Queen I stay right down the road. Not even 5 min away. He said they made them fresh but how would they fall through the box I go multiple times a week but me and my family will not be back. We ordered 20 tacos and all where soggy with 5 in each box I agreed to the 5 per box but had to throw the food away couldn’t salvage none of the tacos. I do not want anything free or my money back that’s just ridiculous

We went in last night ordered, my son & I. Most of the time I eat at DQ in other locations it takes forever. Food was quick & hot. Of course we ordered a blizzard after we ate, there was a line, they still got us served quickly while waiting on everyone else. Great job guys!

I can say this with a smile on my face , this is my favorite restaurant in east Texas !!! The food , service and staff are always stepping up their game and they always make sure the customers are taken care of , especially when they know the people will be back . Thank you for a clean restaurant and most importantly making sure the people have the best service in Lakeport Texas .
