Order ahead drive through is the way to go. Or pack your patience. It can get busy at times.
Busy times without ordering ahead could take up to 30 minutes.
The employees are friendly all the time! Whoever does the hiring finds some great people.
I know some people avoid going because they may feel like not talking about their day. Thats cool just order ahead and use the drive thru lane. They will just ask your name when u pull up.

I usually love this Dutch Bros but lately it’s been hit or miss. I get a really bomb drink or I get a watered down blah drink. I usually order the same 2 drinks but it’s been getting worse. I hardly see the same ppl twice so that’s gotta be it. Everyone’s friendly and outgoing but for what we are paying the drinks should be more consistent. Also don’t like that drinks that are supposed come with cold foam are getting charged extra for “adding” cold foam. This was my drink tonight and it’s almost half cold foam. I gave up SB for DB, maybe I’ll just make my own at home and save my $$.

I love Dutch, but this location is.. not that great. The wait times in the drive thru are RIDICULOUS. I did a mobile drive thru pick up order not too long ago and we sat in the drive thru for probably 30 minutes, and my drink completely melted while we sat there. They had to remake it, and we still had to continue to sit in the drive thru because there was no way to leave. Why do your mobile drive thru orders take as long as if I ordered there? It makes no sense. Every other Dutch location I’ve tried, I’ve been in and out within 5-10 minutes. The pick up window isn’t too long of a wait, but if you are even in the slightest bit of a hurry, forget the drive thru

My kids and mines fav Barista is Ciara(We LOVE YOU❣️) She’s always so sweet and amazing, her energy is everything❣️❣️ My drinks are always sooo good and made to perfection! Great service from staff! Got my order between shift change pretty smooth! I would, however, like to see some improvement on the application for some type of notes or options to add extra pumps of caramel. I know it sounds extra, but just a few pumps can change a drink! Other than that, the services were amazing! I normally head over to Black Rock, but after finding my order at Dutch, I don’t believe I’ll be returning to any other coffee shops

We went through the stove through for coffee and it was a lovely experience. There were people in the drive-thru area taking orders to make the experience more faster and efficient. The interactions that we had with the staff was just amazing. They had a great customer service and they were very nice and engaging.

This morning I came to Dutch and the workers made me feel so welcome. They had decorated my drink for my birthday and one of the workers got everyone to say happy birthday to me! A worker named Cheyanne was so helpful and kind and helping me choose a drink. I will definitely be coming back to this drink because not only did they get me my drink so quick, but it was made perfect.
