If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Our experience at IHOP today was hands-down one of the best we’ve had anywhere, and that is entirely thanks to our amazing waitress, Elicia. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of.
Elicia didn’t just bring great service — she brought next-level hospitality. She checked on us at the perfect times, kept our table spotless, and was incredibly warm and friendly the entire visit. The part that absolutely blew us away was how she warmed our coffee cups before refilling them. I’ve never had a server do that, and it made the coffee taste fresh and perfect with every sip. It’s that kind of thoughtful detail you don’t forget.
She went above and beyond with everything — making sure our food was perfect, offering helpful suggestions, keeping the kids smiling, and genuinely caring that we had a great meal. You can tell she takes pride in her work and loves what she does.
IHOP, if you’re reading this: Elicia is a treasure. Promote her, reward her, celebrate her — whatever competition you’re having, she deserves to win it by far. She turned a simple breakfast into a fantastic experience, and we’ll absolutely be asking for her every time we come back.

Donna was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down at IHOP, she made us feel welcomed and taken care of. She had such a positive attitude, stayed on top of everything, and made sure our drinks were always filled and our food came out just right. Even when it got busy, she handled everything with professionalism and a smile. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work.
