I ate their food I got sick when I passed by the place to use the bathroom the cashier by 9:50 pm lied to me and said the lady is cleaning the bathroom while I’m asking her I need to use the bathroom very bad . The most nasty person I had ever seen . The worst customer service and the lowest stage of respect I saw with this girl . I will never Enter Carls JR to the rest of my life and I will recommend it to no one . I didn’t care much about if the food good or bad more than the worker didn’t allow me to use the bathroom when I told her I need to use it very bad .

What happened to this place. It used to be really good. Order 6 chicken sandwiches with Santa fe sauce and not a single one of them had Santa fe sauce. Let alone, they were lukewarm. I exclusively came to this location because everything came out piping hot, orders were never messed up, and workers were great. In the last year or so it has gone down the toilet.
I noticed all the staff has changed too. Looks like all the good workers left. I wonder why.

Way overpriced for what you get. Look at my Famous Star. Isn’t this the long time famous Carl’s Jr. hamburger, which is why is has the name “Famous Star”? The least they could do is build it with plenty of veggies and such. I’ve been out of the country for 4.5 years and I come back to much higher prices and poorly made burgers. Pathetic!

We came to get breakfast in the morning and the lady that was working the drive-thru was extremely rude. When we ordered something that wasn’t available she rudely responded with we don’t do that only this. When we went to the window, we were trying to use our rewards and again rudely were told if you use the app you have to say at the speaker. There was no greeting when we first got to the window, just told our total. If it was busy I would be understanding but we were the only car in the drive-thru. Very disappointed with the service we received.

It took over 15 minutes to get my food, in the drive thru! They did NOT read my order back to me NOR did they display it on the screen at the ordering intercom. Well when they finally gave me my order, they messed it up! They didn’t even get the first two items that I ordered on my bill so it ended up take about 22 minutes to get my fast food.
