The brisket sandwich was very good, add sauce and coleslaw(delicious by itself). The brisket nachos were great, they use the old ballpark cheese on them(chef’s kiss). Make sure to get it with coleslaw, barbecue sauce, and jalapeños.

The food is great. The people running the shop are also very friendly people. Convenient location if you are going to Blanford Springs/caves(like 5 minutes away). Make sure to bring cash because debit/credit is not accepted. I had their pulled pork and it definitely hit the spot. This is a food truck and can be rather easy to miss, look out for the antiques and then you will know you are in the right spot!
