Well, I now understand why this location has received the ratings that it has.
It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t all the good either. The crust was much more doughy than expected, and the sauce was bland.
It wasn’t bad, but with so many other pizza options in the area there is not need for me to return.

insane. while marketing “gluten free” pizzas, i let them know i have an allergy just for caution despite knowing it doesn’t change much. i get a call back after placing my order, letting me know that despite labeling their menu items as “gluten free,” i was told that their CHEESE and SAUSAGE products contain gluten as well. now i took this with a grain of salt because as liability the manufacturer will label may contain, so those who sell it have to say it as well, however it wasn’t just the false marketing. it was the ATTITUDE of whoever felt the need to let me know. this woman, when i asked for explanation or brand names in order for me to do a quick google search for comfort sakes, told me she didn’t know, and that she’d have to go to the back, and before i could even ask if that was a possibility, keep in mind this was not a rush time, i was ushered to end the conversation after being belittled and dismissed the entire time. soooo, until there’s any clarification of menu items that have major allergen warnings in things that absolutely should not have gluten, chanellos is off the list.

The pizza is great— not greasy, consistent, excellent topping ratio. Good coupons. Easy online ordering and the delivery folks are just the best. The very best hands down. And the Channello’s sauce is stupid good.

Treated or hostility ask for tips at the counter when you picking up your order. The general manager had no clue of what professionalism and courtesy is and customer service the poorest service I’ve ever had and a piece of power I’ve ever visited in my 50 years. I was demanding a tip at the counter and then had to argue with a delivery driver who bragged about how much she gets and tips and she always ask her customers for tips when she delivers. I thought threw good customer service you earn your tip. Not being confrontational with a customer at the counter who’s picking their own order up in front of the general manager who doesn’t care. I have a clue.

Tucked away in a small, unpretentious building, Chanello’s may not catch your eye at first glance, but their toasted Italian sub certainly caught my taste buds. For $10.99, the foot-long sub was a deal, especially if you opt for pick-up. The alternative is a $7 delivery charge.
The Italian sub’s bread was toasted just right, making it through the journey to my office without losing its crunch. The sub came with a delightful mix of green and banana peppers, often an extra elsewhere. The shop’s interior was minimalistic, and the service seemed to be a one-man operation, yet it was efficient for my pickup. If I could make one suggestion, it would be for a more generous helping of meat. Despite this, the sub hit the spot and I’d point anyone looking for a straightforward, tasty sandwich towards Chanello’s.

Awful. Called ahead an order. They couldn’t figure it out when we got there. People walked in after us and they served those people before helping us. Then more people come in, they served them also and THEN came back to us.
Finally they get to me, no pizza. I walked out.

I have ordered from this place several times. It’s about a 50/50 chance of satisfaction, and disappointment , the same for this establishment. My wings were once again gummy, and half cooked, after speaking with someone directly requesting that my food be cooked extra crispy/well done. I called and requested they replace my food. I was then advised that I’d be credited for the food, but had to pay yet another delivery fee. This is unacceptable, your food was nasty as hell, and you need to be shutdown. We only eat here out of convenience.
