I normally don’t leave reviews, but this has happened three nights in a row and it’s beyond frustrating.
Each time I ordered a Double Whopper, and each time I received a single Whopper instead. On top of that, every single customization has been wrong. I specifically asked for no pickles and no tomatoes, yet both were on every sandwich. I also paid extra to add both Swiss and American cheese, and neither was included.
What makes this even more concerning is that every one of these orders was placed within about an hour of closing. This should make it very easy for the owner or management to identify exactly who was working during those shifts and address the issue.
I understand mistakes happen, but this is now a clear pattern — wrong sandwich, ignored customizations, and paid add-ons missing. When customers are paying extra, basic order accuracy isn’t optional.
Very disappointed.

Can’t believe I’d rank a BK as 5 stars, but the burgers actually looked better than the pictures.
Wrapped well. Put together super well so they didn’t fall apart. Tasted great. Damn good burger when you’re in the mood for a quick burger. Heavy and huge for a fast food burger.
Made coffee for me late in the evening.

Clearly prefer drive through over walk in customers and are willing to disparage you loudly even after you wait.
After being ignored and snapped at when I asked a question the lead drive through person rudely instructed someone else to go take my order describing me in disparaging terms after I had been waiting at an empty counter for over ten minutes.
They continued to work furiously at accepting and processing drive through orders, but clearly had no respect for someone who walked in and waited in silence for an extended period, watching many other orders being taken before finally speaking up.

Waited quite awhile to see anyone. This was after he took our order(drive thru). Then to get three burgers, and ff to be cold. No one else was there. Very disappointed. Crap for $25.

All of the zero sugar pops had too much carbonation and not enough syrup. Asked the manager if they could change the syrup and was told that she doesn’t drink zero sugar pop and what did I need her to do. I told her to have someone change the syrup and she rudely told me that she didn’t have anyone to come deal with it

I had my first ever whopper here so I’m biased but the experience was very good. It’s Burger King, so not fine dining by any means but the burger was tasty and the staff was friendly

Waited a half hour in line to receive my kids food and get this a chicken fry that looks like the broken pieces at the n end of the bag. Payed 6 bucks almost for nothing . Ripped off here I’ll now be checking my bag n food everything. Have more quality in food and actually care what you make. Would you be happy if someone served you that.

This is one of the few places I can always get really fast and dependable service. If I go to the window, the cashier has an unlimited supply of Dad jokes, so I also get a smile, and usually a crown, with my meal.
