This is a great little spot that beat all expectations. They make some delicious Korean and Japanese foods. It’s one of those places where you want to try everything but your usual is so good that you stick with that or order two entrées.
They cook right at the front counter where you can watch them prepare your meal. The owners are the cooks and are very nice.

The service and atmosphere are great! It’s clearly family owned, and they make you feel like family. Pan fried gyoza was fresh and delicious.
The tan tan men was really good, but don’t get it if you don’t like a lot of ground pork in your ramen. The tonkotsu was one of the better ramens I’ve had in Utah.

This is a great little spot to try something new. We went for dinner yesterday and got the Katsu chicken meal and the chilly chicken. Both were really good, but the katsu chicken meal was *chefs kiss* can’t wait to go back and try the ramen and the Korean hot chicken (if I get brave and think I can handle the heat). The owners were so kind and the service was incredible. About $15 a plate. They cook it fresh for you so it takes a few minutes but worth the wait. It looks like they add new things and rotate the menu periodically so there will be something for everyone 🙂
Update: I had the leftovers for lunch and they reheat really well! Which is great because there are big portions.

My husband and I wanted to eat somewhere we haven’t ate before and somewhere close to home. Jin’s Restaurant was a really good choice. We ordered our meals spicy. And it was spicy! I ended up ordering another plate because I wasn’t in the mood for something quite so spicy. The food over all was really good. And the staff was very friendly. Small family owned business. We would recommend this place.

This place is delicious! We got the gyoza to start. I love when one side is super crispy and one is soft and chewy and it was delicious! we also got the chicken katsu curry which had so much flavor. We def want to try other dishes based on that curry. I also got the chilly chicken which was fried bits of chicken in a sweet soy sauce mixture and was so crispy and delicious! We also ordered the Korean ramen with dumplings because we didn’t want to commit to a full size ramen but wanted the soup because it’s so cold outside. The broth was mild but also a tad bit spicy. It was just enough for my pansy self and the dumplings were a great addition to the otherwise basic ramen. We would def be back! Notice they have specific specials for every day of the week!

This place was delicious! Really didn’t know what to expect but was incredibly surprised. Everyone was so friendly! The waitress saved my life, normally get the middle of the spice level but was talked into getting the 1. Thank goodness cause it was still pretty dang spicy. Will definitely be going back here!

Wow!!! They cook the food fresh, the veggies were cooked perfectly, as well as the tofu. The prices were great! The server was on top of things, asked if we needed anything multiple times. The chef came out to talk to us twice to make sure the food is what we wanted, he even gave our little an appetizer on the house. 5 star plus!
Pictured is the, Roman with chicken, and Bimbipop with veggies and tofu.
This place knocks any noodle place out of the water.
Thanks for the good eat!

Hands down the best Asian food in Utah. It’s a family restaurant so sometimes they run out of things or have to substitute – but everything that comes out of their kitchen is amazing, they won’t steer you wrong. The tofu Katsu is so tasty and such a generous portion (its not on the menu, but you can ask and see if they have it when you go). I’ve never had a bad experience – with food or service!

The food was good, don’t get me wrong, but it gets three stars from me for the following reasons- 1. We had a hard time finding the place because there was no apparent sign on the building whatsoever. (Its next to Farmers Insurance) 2. No pictures on a foreign food menu is tough. I have no idea what Katsu or Donburri is. So I had to ask the waitress a lot of questions, thankfully English was not a problem. 3. They had no side sauces for me to enhance the flavor of my Ramen. It’s nothing to carry Sriracha, Hoison or eel sauce for customers to personalize their meal to their liking. We got the Korean Hot Chicken (delicious but covered in red pepper flakes making it very, VERY spicy) and I added some of that sauce to the chicken Katsu Ramen broth and it made it perfect!
The Ramen was great, just lacked a little flavor. The gyozas were good, but not anything I’ll be daydreaming about.
***If you liked my review or found it to be helpful give it a thumbs up. thanks!

The food here was pretty good! It was our first experience, so I think we may need to go back again to try more things. Definitely different, but not bad! I think it may take some getting used to. I tried the Tonkotsu Ramen and it was pretty yummy. The Pan Fried Gyoza was spot on–SO delicious. My husband got the Chicken Bul-Go-Gi and that was fantastic. Everything seems very healthy! I think what would make it better is if there were descriptions and pictures of what everything is on the menu. We Googled a lot of things and asked others what they normally get. I think that would help a lot for those of us who aren’t familiar with Korean food. Our server was also very attentive and the chefs were very happy and grateful. We will definitely be coming back.
