In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. They were about to make history by offering a truly, better pizza. And now, over 40 years later, we’re at the top of the list when it comes to crave and taste. Try an authentic Detroit-Style pizza today. Only at Jet’s.

Reviews
I’m pleased to report that this location appears to have new management (since my initial review a few years ago), and the improvements are noticeable. The service has been consistently excellent, and the pizza has taken a significant leap forward. While there may still be occasional inconsistencies, the quality has been mostly outstanding.
I’m impressed that the management has taken customer feedback to heart and made tangible changes. Kudos to them for prioritizing quality and customer satisfaction!
For transparency, I’ve kept my older reviews below. I hope this location continues to build on their progress and maintain the high standards they’ve set.

Before the pandemic: If I could give a -10, I would. I decided to try this location again and change my review (I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but only do it when I feel it is necessary). I called in an order, I drove there to pick it up and they said I never placed my order. I checked the phone I used when I returned home and called the last number and it was correct location – 9 Mile/Grand River – Farmington. Still bad business! I wonder if the owner read their reviews and see how some of their employees treat their customers?
We order Jet’s Pizza when we are too tired to cook after work BUT NOT ANYMORE. Since we’ve been ordering pizza from them for MANY years, lately it has been a hit or miss.
Today we decided to order a Jet’s Pizza because it’s been a long time going out. When my husband came back with the pizza, the sauce was very cold, the middle was doughy and undercooked.
I decided to call the manager and let him know that “I didn’t want anything…. I have been a long time customer and know you are very busy…. I thought you should know that your pizza was undercooked, cold and the dough was raw! I only wanted to leave a comment since I am one of your regulars…”
He said, “Do you want us to remake your pizza? (I said “No thank you. I am only calling as a concerned customer”).
He said, “Have a good day” and hung up on me!!!!!!!!!
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WE WILL NEVER GO BACK! BAD PIZZA NOW and I am sure we will find another business that will be glad to take our business with professionalism!
The people are great and the pizza, is by far, my favorite one above all other brands in the Detroit area, whether it may be sold at a Ma & Pop shop or the countless, popular and corporate brand stores which dominate every city.
My favorite experience is deciding which pizza when I’m choosing the one I’ll eat that day! And when I have, it’s, hands down, always the first bite of that cheesy corner in my deep dish, square pizza that reminds me why I love JET’S!
Great sauce, thick and crunchy crusts, outstanding customer service and incredible choices of their food.
Jet’s focus is about each customer’s experience and doesn’t have to, or need to, rely on the redundant commercials all over TV in order to satisfy anyone who wants amazing Pizza!
