If I could give a zero I would. Fridays are busy, but my sister ordered food at 4:45pm. At 6:30 the order still wasn’t ready. They missed one of the fish dinners we ordered, so we told them how many there should’ve been, the girl went back and added it. 20 minutes later she says sorry we’re out of fish (mind you we haven’t gotten ANY of the food yet). So we said okay I guess we’ll order a burger then. We had a 2 year old and two 5 year olds that needed to eat. At 7pm we got the order NO BURGER (they hadn’t started that yet)… I was offered a refund on it, that would leave me with no burger… I said that really isn’t an option considering we’re going over 2 hours without food. VERY VERY VERY RUDE STAFF! It’s not the customers fault you guys are miscommunicating AND to wait for over TWO hours for food is beyond ridiculous. And pictured is the grilled cheese we ordered TOTALLY burned to a crisp.
