Wow. Do not sleep on these subs! This food was absolutely mouthwatering. The warmed Italian Sub and the Chicken Cordon Bleu Sub were exactly what the food Dr. Ordered. It was in the evening, but the employees were so friendly and welcoming. They made recommendations on the menu as it was our first time visiting, and they even cracked some jokes, which was a fun time. We will definitely be choosing Penn Station for subs in the future!

I sent some one to get the food when I ordered. When they got there they stated that we didn’t order fries. Then we had to buy more fries. I was able to pull up my order and I did in fact order two more med fries which is ~$10. Not a huge deal but I think that it was easy for an employee to check. Money’s tight for everyone and this is disappointing. Also no way to complain on the site for the over charge so that is why I post here. Thank you

On 12-16 at approx 7:00pm I was on the phone with my guy and overheard the way he was addressed while attempting to place an order. The guy at the register was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was simply asked general questions pertaining to the menu items. I then heard the guy at the register express frustration from having to answer basic menu questions. The person was then asked if he was also going to be the one cooking the food and he implied that he would do something to the food since he felt disrespected. I was personally so upset at the way the conversation went while I was on the phone that I had to write a review. If there are cameras in the restaurant, please pull them and address this person! No one should be spoken to this way. Do not work in customer service if you do not like people. Simple.

The guy who is working at a hotel that we’re staying in recommended us to go there for dinner he told us it was really good so we said okay and we went boy you was telling the truth that was one of the best sandwiches I had so far in this trip next time I’m coming to North Carolina I will definitely stop there for lunch or dinner again hope to see you soon we were there Saturday June 29th around 8:30 p.m. can the people that work there we’re very nice and very respectable

I think if you are going to order from here, get double meat. I just don’t think they give you enough meat for a 6″. The guy at the front talking orders was very cool to talk to. I’m not a fan of those kind of fries but when fresh and crispy, so good.

It was good until, I found a hair in my French fries. I think it should be a requirement that all employees around food wear a hairnet. I had been to this location several times, service, great, food was until the hair, so I haven’t been back.

I always get the Philly steak sub and each time it has been hot and delicious but this location on Steelecreek for some reason always gives me tiny pieces of fries. Pieces that looks like they are left in fry bin, just seems like bottom of the bag fries(even though they are supposedly freshly hand cut)It is frustrating. They have done it about three times. Next time I go I will inform whoever makes it to make sure I am getting whole cut fries. Cost enough to receive what I’m paying for. On another note even though their cookies are $2.50 per cookie, they are absolutely delicious!!

I arrived at 8:58 PM and the employee was already cleaning the grill. They looked at me with a very unfriendly face, and I honestly felt uncomfortable placing my order. I don’t think they should be cleaning up that early since the restaurant closes at 10 PM.
