Great food and great staff. Ate here twice whilst visiting Newcastle from Manchester. Food tasted really freshly cooked and flavoursome. Huge portions too. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Traditional and comfy feel. Second time we ate here we were sat in a seat by the door which was very cold but staff were happy to switch us to a warmer seat. Definitely recommend.

Brilliant evening with fantastic food, friendly staff and lovely decor too. Recommend the duck pancakes, beef penang curry and the chicken pad Thai noodles. Amazing sticky toffee pudding to end with was superb. Great cocktails too. Looking forward to returning here soon.

Excellent food. They were short a chef and advised us ahead of time of a possible delay in getting our food. However, we received both the appetizers and mains in a timely manner. The place had only a few customers when we went around 7:00 pm but were continually filling take out orders. I highly recommend for excellent Thai food, pleasant music and fine service.

Amazing Thai food! So good I visited twice in one week! all the food I had was delish and so flavoursome, there are great options for vegetarians and the service is always great. Looking forward to my next visit already.

Wow – what an experience! Top notch service and food here. Straight away you feel like a valued customer and get taken to a table. Quick but friendly service. Food absolutely second to none. Hot, fresh and tasty. Real good experience for some Thai food. Would definitely recommend and will revisit if I’m in the area again.

Visited on Sunday and tried their lunch menu which is good value for money – you can either get tapas sets to try 4 different bits from the menu or try 8 dishes from their a la carte menu. My friend went for a prawn pad thai and I had a chicken massaman curry which came with rice and added a side of shumai. The bill came to £34 including soft drinks which was really good value. One of my fave Thai restaurants, it was quite quiet in there and service was speedy

Really great place! Definitely one of the best Thai places I’ve ever been!! The food..my god, this red curry is indescribably wonderful!! We’ve been there twice over our 4 days stay in the city, and that tells a lot.

Amazing food at a very good price too. The staff were lovely. We had some nice Mai Thai cocktails right away then my partner had a lovely Thai Singha beer with the main course. Very good service and plenty of food to keep you full for all day !

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Nadon Thai in Newcastle on a Monday evening—definitely a 5-star dining spot! I started with the Tom Yum soup, which was perfectly spiced and flavorful, followed by the Sirloin Salad and Pad Krapow Moo Krob for mains. Everything was incredibly well-cooked, beautifully presented, and packed with authentic Thai flavours. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and cosy, even on a quiet Monday night.
