Horrible service! I showed up at 6:28 on Sunday 1/11/26 knowing that closing time is 7 pm on Sundays, and the girl refused to make my sandwich saying that they only take online orders because it takes an hour to clean up! Make it make sense!! I said… You can’t take my order now but you’ll make it if I order online, she replied yes, horrible service and no common sense for employees. And it says nothing about only doing online orders….Look at the sign! I wish I can add a picture of the sign, it says Subway New hours Sunday 10 am- 7 pm!!!! 6:28 it’s not 7 pm
And doing it online wasn’t and option, app sucks every time and have to reset the password many times. Girl had everything dark already and was getting garbage out, I don’t think she wasn’t interested in serving anymore. Horrible service, food is expensive now, this is not worth it, go somewhere else to spend your money.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, there’s a blonde girl as a “manager” has poor respect for customers. Was absolutely absurd experience. Just moved to the town of markesan and have heard good things until I walked into that subway.. the online app was not working on their end, I paid for two things, she tried to make me re pay even though I had already paid. I didn’t have the funds to wait until tomorrow and just pay for it again, so I was walking away with no food after spending my last few dollars on subway..the cops got called and I’m no longer allowed inside subway because she is the manager and decided that. I asked to speak to her boss and she refused to call him.. just disappointing because I was looking forward to a better town and the first stop turned out horrid..

I was there today, 5/9, and I just want to give a shoutout to Amelia. There were a lot of factors against her, being out of some food items, getting a little busy, and trying to keep the line moving. They were out of turkey but instead she went to the back and sliced me fresh turkey without me even asking. When we saw that they had no mayo left, she went on a mission to find more. She was great and even apologized for making me wait just a couple minutes longer! She did great at keeping everyone happy.

Showed up at 748pm to order two subs cause are oven broke and they said they can’t make it when they were standing right there. Change your close time to 750 if you can’t make subs till 8.

Old food slopped around the container lids, poor customer service, the back room/kitchen had food and garbage on the floor you stared at the from the cash register. Wouldn’t have stopped had it not been like the only place in town.
