My family and I go here at least once a week and spend around $70 every time. Sometimes I also come here for lunch. I have never had an issue, until tonight. My husband went into Walmart and I went to call an order in. Someone answered the phone after it rang a dozen times, with a quick “please hold”. He put the phone down and I could here chattering in the background. I waited for about 5 minutes before I was hung up on. I called back immediately and was greeted with a “what do you want” i was like well I was placed on hold and then hung up on. Asked him what his name was and was told Jordan, and did I want to order. I told him no because of the rude service. He then started arguing rude service what are you talking about. I told him that it was rude to be hung up on and then not even be greeted when I called back and then sit there and argue with me about why it was rude. I asked to speak to a manager and was told we don’t have one. He then hung up on me. I called back and after it rang for over a minute I was greeted by Kaylee when I asked for a manager she said she was supervisor on shift. I then told her of the behavior that Jordan showed and she didn’t seem to care. So my money and all the times I come in to donate and the catering I have done is no more. You lost a loyal customer. By the looks of the last several months I am not the only one that hasn’t been satisfied.

Besides the homeless people that always like to hangout outside being annoying, I also got white hard pieces in my cheesesteak. I’m talking about rock hard like teeth or bones, not gristle. I actually thought one of my teeth fell out at first. I should’ve took a picture of them. They were shiny almost like maybe it was hard plastic or acrylic possibly even. I’ve eaten hundreds of steaks and hundreds of burgers and thousands of pieces of meat in general and never seen anything like it before. Pretty gross. Probably won’t be going to any Jersey Mikes for a while if not ever again.

My husband got a #56 with no jalapeño, it had jalapeno. He called and they offered him a free remake which he just picked up, the cook verified that it was to have no jalapeño, handed him the sub and repeated no jalapeno, and it has jalapeno. I’m not sure what the problem is or why they can’t seem to get it right.

We’ve visited this location on Collins a few times and each time they’ve built us amazing sandwiches!
I don’t think we’ve ever seen the same staff twice, but everyone has always been pleasant each time.

Every visit to Jersey Mike’s is a great experience, and it’s all thanks to the incredible leadership of Manager Brandon. The subs are always fresh and delicious, but what really sets this location apart is the service. Brandon runs a tight ship ; the staff is friendly, efficient, and clearly motivated by his positive energy and professionalism.
He goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels welcome and taken care of. It’s rare to find a manager who makes such a noticeable difference, but Brandon truly elevates the entire experience. Highly recommend this location; you’ll leave with a full stomach and a smile!

Only issue one of the jight shift girls was snappy bc I was telling her what I wanted on my sub and she asked ” have u ever been here before bc that’s what comes on the sub” with an attitude. She was telling me how to order my sandwich next time instead of telling her what I wanted piece by piece.

Place has gone downhill since opening. Orders are delivered that are wrong and missing items. Staff doesn’t seem to care, neither does franchise owner clearly. We typically spend $100/month minimum at jersey mikes, I will no longer use this location and go to oakleaf instead.

Thank goodness I didn’t spend too much here & made a purchase using my Uber eats discount. The hot subs are gross(Buffalo chicken/& Philly cheesesteak , rubber meat & carelessly thrown together. The cold sub was ok but not good enough to make me return. You can buy steakums in the store and make a better cheesesteak at home yourself honestly, not worth the trip.

In my opinion I prefer subway. Subway has more vegetable options. My sub was good however it seem to be missing something. I will say I love Jersey Mike’s selection of meat. If Jersey Mike’s at least added green peppers and black olives, that would boost the taste of their subs. I do also enjoy their pepper mixture, I forgot the name of it.
