Sankalp is one of the best best restaurant in ahmedabad. Food of the sankalp is awesome .its very delicious. The service of the restaurant is also very nice . There are different waiters for each n every table so no one faces difficulty . Food service is also very fast . I’ve been eating there for like 100 times and it is as always awesome. Your food arrives very shortly in like 10 min after ordering . As it is very famous you should go there early or you to wait there in waiting .

I recently visited Sankalp in Kudasan, Gandhinagar, and had a great dining experience. The Military Ghee Roasted Dosa was a highlight, with its crispy texture and flavorful ghee roast. The service was excellent, with the staff being attentive and courteous. The person at the reception was also welcoming and efficient.
The ambiance was pleasant, and the restaurant seemed to be well-maintained. Overall, I would recommend Sankalp to anyone looking for good South Indian food in Gandhinagar. The quality of the food and the service make it a great value for the price.

Had a very disappointing experience at the Restro . We ordered Upma which was served cold and the bowl in which they served sambhar was quite dirty from the outside which sambhar being spilled over it .Also , the glass in which coffee got served was smelling like hell and evn the glass was dirty from outside as if it’s not being washed .

Visited Sankalp today and ordered the Military Ghee Roast Dosa. The taste was honestly disappointing and didn’t match the standard I expected. On top of that, the bill included an extra charge for ghee even though I had already ordered a ghee roast dosa where ghee should clearly be included in the base price. When I raised this concern, the staff member Mr. Rajesh Gujjar didn’t try to understand the issue and instead responded with attitude. Very poor customer handling and billing transparency. Not a good experience.

I recently tried the masala dosa here and was disappointed with the quality. The dosa felt very oily and overly buttery, and the texture didn’t meet expectations. A crispy dosa and soft dosa were served with different fillings, and unfortunately, both masala fillings lacked flavor and freshness. The taste has clearly deteriorated compared to before.
Additionally, the sambar was surprisingly sweet, which did not complement the dosa well. Overall, the balance of flavors and quality needs improvement.
