I found some plastic and brown paper when I bit into the rolls you get from takeout. Love Texas Roadhouse but it was such a gross feeling of trying to chew and realizing that it was somehow in the roll.

I really enjoyed the 8oz new York strip I got, they cooked the medium well perfectly and it was very tender. They made the table extended out so I could pull my wheelchair up to it, and the staff were very friendly and extremely enthusiastic about my friend’s birthday, always calling him by his name after that

Food here is Great! My green beans are delicious, my steak is a true medium(not that you need it but they have Heinz 57sauce), the sauteed mushrooms actually smother the top & very big(they are not stingy)and you get two different gravy choices for the mashed potatoes.

We used to eat Texas Roadhouse quite often and we went this evening b/c we had a gift card. And we were reminded why we don’t eat here anymore. The restaurant was not busy-lots of empty tables. The boy who took us to our table wasn’t friendly and sent the message he didn’t want to be there. Menus were grossly dirty with who knows what. Our seats were full of bread crumbs. Meals came before salads. Ribs were dry. Coke, Coke Zero, and Dr. pepper all tasted strange. Fries were undercooked. Service was poor. Our server did not anticipate any needs. And did not take a single dish or glass from our table as we finished. Men’s bathroom wasn’t clean. We used to enjoy dinner here and no more. We won’t be back.

Place is wonderful as always, fast seating to table. But this time had to send the state back twice because it wasn’t rare. Minus 1 star. Otherwise the food was hot & great plus the atmosphere was a very enjoyable time. Server was top-notch and the manager was very kind. Will be back! Alway a good time here. Today we celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary! And who better to celebrate with than our favorite steak house! Our server Jess was sweet and very attentive. Our meal was perfect. Salad, loaded baked potatoes, perfectly prepared steaks, smothered with sauteed mushrooms, and of course loads of fresh, warm rolls.
I opted for a margarita, which was a perfect match for our celebratory meal. Thank you Texas Roadhouse for the warm, inviting atmosphere and the perfect meal. Oh, and we loaded up two take out boxes with leftover steak, potatoes and rolls. Tomorrow we’ll have a terrific breakfast ❤️

Food was delicious. Hot roos were amazing with the honey butter. Steak was perfectly cooked with sautéed mushrooms. Broccoli and carrots were hot and delicious. Sweet potato was so good too. Employees were fantastic. Great decorations. They have Willy’s Corner with lots of Willy’s Nelson pictures and memorabilia.

I ordered a beef tips with rice meal, cooked medium well. The food tasted great, but the meat was clearly overcooked. It was extremely chewy and tough to eat. I shared my concern with the manager, who then decided to lecture me on how all meat is tough and burnt pass medium. He then asked me to pick through the meat and show him the overcooked pieces.
I have visited this restaurant several times before and have never encountered such tough and chewy meat. While the manager offered to remake the meal, I declined and simply paid my bill.
Additionally, I ordered ribs, which were served cold. We asked for them to be reheated, and once warmed, they were perfect. During this visit, I interacted with both the server and the manager Evan.

Oh man just came here for the first time today and the food was amazing. I had mashed potatoes, steak for the first time, and a sprite and it was delicious. Deffo would recommend this place. Super friendly waitress with glasses there. Curls in her hair been working there for 10+ years gotta love it
