Called to place an order for 2 pizzas and an order of garlic parmesan bread sticks. I was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I arrived almost 20 minutes after placing the order and it hadn’t even been made yet. If it were during a busy dinner or lunch rush I would understand the delay, but it was at 3 PM. Very slow service!

So I came into Papa John’s Pizza I was absolutely amazed!!! A worker named Rick was cleaning the store. The cleanliness of the facility was STUNNING!!! Rick stopped what he was doing and took my order, a medium sausage pizza with extra yellow pepper thingys. Rick was professional!! Courteous!! Well mannered!! And very knowledgeable about the menu. He even made my order. FRESH! YUMMY! HOT!! TASTY!! I can tell Rick does a great job and loves his job. Way to go guy!!

Tonight, I sent my partner with our toddler to go pick up a 1 topping pizza. They got there when the pizza was supposed to be ready but it wasnt ready. It took pretty much 40 minutes for them to even make it. After about 40 minutes, they finish making it and the pizza is messed up with half the cheese off, he asked for a refund and left empty handed and disappointed. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Our order was 3 hours late and incorrect. They only had one worker working so I feel bad for that worker. It is totally unacceptable of management to have such substandard service. They also utilized door dash for the delivery, who left it on our doorstep and did not inform us of the delivery. Completely unprofessional and unreasonable.

I had the extra large pizza with extra pepperoni and cheese. With the specials right now this is a very good deal. Something I have always loved about Papa Johns is their crust and garlic butter dipping sauce and this new Papa Johns didn’t disappoint in that area.
The bottom of the pizza was extremely thin compared to other pizzas I’ve eaten recently but it is supposed to be NY style and if there was extra cheese, I worry what their normal cheese amount is, but overall I enjoyed it and would try them again so long as there is a special on.

On two separate occasions, I ordered online and my order was missed. When I showed up at the end of the timeframe for pickup, I had to wait an additional 30-40 minutes. I think their system may be on the fritz.

I was excited when this Papa Johns opened as it was on my way home. Unfortunately I won’t be going back. I’ve tried it 2 or 3 times and the food has never been as good as other Papa John’s nearby. Today I paid for extra pepperoni and asked for it to be “well done” but neither occurred. I’ll go a little out of my way next time.

There was a staffing issue and the restaurant had only 2 employees. These two did a great job under the pressure keeping calm as it is not always easy when you are so behind and have customers watching their every move. Patty was kind and cool headed while the gentleman in the back made the food with the same calmness. I greatly applauded them for their demeanor through the time. Papa John’s should shut down orders if the food won’t be ready until 55 minutes after the order time. Allow your workers to keep pace and not get slammed. So many people ended up canceling their orders while standing there. Once we got the food the pizza looked good and we got it right after it was pulled out of the oven. We placed the order at 5:25 for pickup at 6:30. We arrived at 6:24 and didn’t get the order until 7:23. Very disappointed with higher up management for this. I managed and worked at a pizza shop for 3 years and feel horrible for your employees left stranded in that situation.

We came in to pick up our pizzas when we were told. They made us wait an extra 20 min but said they would comp one pizza due to our delays. They then messed up the pizzas and asked if we wanted them to remake them but after waiting 20 min with 7 kids, we just took them as is. After paying for it, we realized they forgot to comp the one pizza. O well…. I tried to call the store but the answering service who takes orders wasn’t able to do anything about it. They can just take orders I guess. How do you talk to someone in it store? Then after that unhelpful call, it had me wait for a brief service which I thought maybe I could relay a message there to have someone call me but it just put me back in the que where the next person wanted to take my order again.
We also just had another recent order that was delivered with out what we ordered as well.
I do love their pizza though!

Out of the 3 pizzas we just ordered, one was missing pepperoni and they were all under cooked.

Got a box of pizza for me and the little guy yesterday. It wasn’t planned so we went in to order. Staff was friendly, easy to order and wasn’t a long wait. Most importantly, the pizza was hot and fresh!
