This was my worst experience at a Dairy Queen in my entire life. My boyfriend and I stopped there. We both got blizzards, I got some caramel something blizzard got strawberry cheesecake blizzard. He got a lodge and a quarter of the way through eating it. He noticed it just tasted like vanilla ice cream. He shows me what’s in his ice cream and it’s just vanilla ice cream. There was no strawberries or cheesecake bits inside the blizzard because whoever made it put the vanilla ice cream in as well as the strawberry and the cheesecake pieces, but did not mix the blizzard cup completely on the mixing machine. We went back up to the window and the Young lady said what’s wrong with it we showed her. She asked what is the problem we showed her and she proceeded to say and I quote are you kidding me? You already ate most of it. I said to her no he did not eat most of it. I said look at what’s left in this cup that is 3/4 full. I said to her it’s all vanilla ice cream. It was not mixed together to make a strawberry cheesecake blizzard. She took the ice cream back, then came back to the window with a new blizzard made and said in front of everybody screamed here, sir. Here’s your second blizzard! Unnecessary comments to a paying customer who got ripped off with the first blizzard. Needless, to say, the 2nd blizzard had ingredients that weren’t in the first blizzard. So, I will not visit this location ever again. The girls there are rude and need to be trained again on how to make a blizzard. I’ll just continue to go to my usual Dairy Queen in Quincy. Note to self don’t visit the ice cream shop off the highway.

Perfect spot on your way to the Cape. Grab a treat to make the ride (and sometimes traffic) easier. Very convenient/close to Rte 3 but tiny parking and difficult to get in/out. The DQ is all outside and the old design (walk-up windows). Staff is nice and quick. Ice cream (ice milk) is not too heavy and perfect to pick at during the next hour+ of driving. Make the kids and everyone a little happier. No cones in the car. A blizzard is less mess and easier to nibble slowly.

Okay so this is an old fashioned DQ just ice cream opened seasonally and features new crazy blizzard flavors. Every time I go I get overwhelmed with my kids figuring what to order and I settle for a cup or sundae. What I should try is the NY cheesecake blizzard or the Oreo Brownie blizzard however I just simply keep forgetting. Also they are very nice and helpful when my kids need more napkins as they get messy.

Their ice cream was great. They have a lot of flavors, but it seems to work fine. When I was there, there were huge lines and it took 30 mins to get food. I was there during a very busy time, so it should be better for others.

Typical DQ fare which I love. This is an older place and is take-out only. There appeared to be only two people working when I was there around 2 on a hot Friday afternoon, there was no shade and the service was slow due to the staffing level. I felt bad for the two girls working, they did their best.
That said, they got my order correct and my Oreo Blizzard was as tasty as always!

Friendly service. Even on a rainy Sunday night it was busy. Three windows were in use and they each had a consistent line for the 15 minutes I was there. I ordered the Oreo blizzard and it was delicious!

Classic DQ ice cream like we all remember. Tasted just like when I was younger. This place doesn’t serve the hot items (burgers, hot dogs, etc). Very friendly and quick staff. But be prepared for a bit of a wait because so many people have the same idea as you!
