Theres 1 person at this location who makes the best sandwiches, unsure of her name but shes from Georgia! We only do mobile orders but shes always friendly and talks to us when we go in. If it wasnt for her id give a 1 star review lol.

We stopped in for a late sandwich and were VERY PLEASED…the restaurant was VERY clean, the food tasted super fresh, and the man waiting on us was very friendly! A really enjoyable experience, and the sandwiches were VERY good!

Absolutely hate ordering and picking up from this place. When you order regular lettuce there is almost none on the sandwich. SO I’ve come to the realization to order more lettuce more pickels for every sandwich. There isn’t even a full layer to cover the bread. 4 pickles is not extra pickles. I asked for alittle oil and I’m squeezing the oil out of the bread. Between the 2 sandwiches you can’t even tell there’s something on the inside its the same thickness as if I only ordered bread.

Spicy Italian extra lettuce, extra pickles, regular tomatoes, alittle oil.

Buffalo chicken extra lettuce extra hot sauce

Wife just opened hers. Wrong bread.

My family and I have enjoyed subways sandwiches for many years, but since we’ve started getting our sandwiches made by one special employee a nice women named Tammy they have been amazingly delicious. She take the time to understand what you want and her customer service is unbelievable. Always ask me how I’m doing and if my son isn’t with me she always ask how he doing.. she has become one amazing sandwhich artist.

I ordered two large subs on the subway app from the Pittsfield store. I got there yesterday to pick my subs up and the doors were locked no one there. I called the only store I could find a number for (Skowhegan Subway) they said the guy that owns Pittsfield owns Newport and Skowhegan as well. They said call Pittsfield the following day and talk to them about a refund for gettung my sandwiches. I called the following day and the store was still closed. So I called Skowhegan again. And I talked to somebody again they said they were going to message the owner and we get back to me this was 11:00 a.m. in the morning. I heard nothing back so around 1:00 p.m. I called and I was told they were still waiting to hear from the owner. 6:00 p.m. came around and I still have heard nothing so I called to Skowhegan store again and the person there said that the shift had changed with new people and she would text the owner and see what they wanted to do. I was told then that the Pittsfield store couldn’t keep employees there to keep it open and she didn’t know why they didn’t turn the app off to stop orders from coming in there. Still have not heard anything back from anyone so I called my bank and tell them I used the card and what had happened and they are disputing the cost so I could try to get a refund it’s going to be 10 business days hopefully I get my money back $25. With the fact that the owners have not contacted me tells me how unimportant I am to them and Subway I will never spend another dime any Subway ever again .

Horrible service, rude to customers. Was rushed through my order making mistakes. Explain I needed another flatbread. Got the rolled eye and glared at. On the way out the employee started talking about our group to another customer?Completely unprofessional. At least the food tasted good…

Having one person work with no management during a dinner rush seems irresponsible. Person who was working did her best and was super friendly. Where was the manager if they were that short staffed?? Saw at least 10 people leave because the wait was so long
