Though a bit pricey for the portion sizes, the flavors are authentic. A happy encounter when seeing Peruvian and Chinese options on one menu — not uncommon in Peru, but hard to find elsewhere.
Ceviche Mixto (Mixed Ceviche) is decent, served in a lime coconut juice — though for $22, I would have expected more. Same can be said for the Yuca Frita (Fried Yucca), at $10 for 8 small pieces.
Sopa de Wantan (Wonton Soup), good for even Chinese standards. Alitas de Pollo Sal y Pimienta (Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings) are garlicky and flavor-packed.

This is a Peruvian restaurant in the mission district in SF, but this restaurant their specialty is in criollo Peruvian food ❤️ I loved the lomo saltado was the meat very tender and juicy just a lot of ajinomoto&soy sauce thought for my opinion it came with tallarines con huancaína but it didn’t taste like crema a la huancaína it tasted more like Mac and cheese sauce I was disappointed we also tried the tallarines verdes with grilled chicken and papa a la huancaína that plate was delicious very different the taste of the huancaína sauce from the pasta definitely. I will recommend this place they have a variety of Peruvian dishes. Great service

Tasty but no cigar for me. Not worth the $60 spent for 2 meals and one glass of sangria. I know I compare all Peruvian restaurants to El Pollo Inka in SoCal, but you gotta start somewhere. …Staff was not very friendly, not even from first communication upon entering and I mean they could barely crack a smile. There was a patron with her family who was more friendly than the staff was. She even smiled brightly with a goodby on her way out. I felt odd no matter how polite I attempted to be. It was also weird when I asked if they had a green sauce (Aji verde). I understand every restaurant has their own sauces, Limon’s is yellow, Lomo Libre’s is orange (I think) The guy I asked seemed to take offense as if I was saying I didn’t get something I ordered (Which is a problem in it’s self) and reacted accordingly. I repeated I was only asking IF they had a green sauce. It was confirmed they didn’t. Anyway, we received their version of hot sauce and it was good.
To confirm that I was not imagining the lack of friendliness, even asking for the check felt like a confrontation. I asked for the check, the guy frowned, said “what?…the bill?. Potato, potato, my bad. We even had to go to them at the register to pay, when we watched the other tables give payment at their table. And don’t let me forget that the bill at the register was higher than the bill we received at the table. They charged…you guessed it…for the sauce! LOL!
I know I’m not from the community, but in this climate everyone should be made to feel welcomed if not because it’s the thing to do, but to help keep your doors open when so many SF restaurants struggle. But if they are good without new customers, so be it. This city has many gems and I’m ok mining for them.

I love ceviche and lomo saltado, and was really looking forward to these dishes at this place. Horrible value for a $24 entree. The meat was also dry and overcooked. The ceviche mixto was decent though, but not the best I’ve had. Never going to order the lomo saltado via delivery again. I’m willing to give their lomo saltado another chance in person though.

Delicious, low key spot for Peruvian and Chinese food. The ceviche and pollo a la brasa (only served on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) were especially good. This is my new favorite Peruvian place.

I’ve had this dish homemade, and this is the closest restaurant to homemade of Lomo Saltado I’ve ever had. This dish is absolutely DELICIOUS!! & it’s a good amount for the price. I would 100 percent recommend it!!

Oh my gawwwdddd. The ceviche was so good! Being Mexican, I’d never had ceviche w/ sweet potatoes! You have to try the arroz con pollo! We went as a group of 5 and order 5 different dishes to share. The sangria was -aight, don’t go there for that..try some of their aguas frescas instead!
