Person didnt ask if we wanted any sauces. Was cery quick to get us through the line. Acted like he hates his job and had zero customer service. Our food was awful, my husband’s chalupa was very very crunchy and over done. My quasadilla had zero sauce till you got to the edge crust. I thought this place got better for about a year and then this. Probably wont go back after this last time.

Went here with my girlfriend crazy experience. When we arrived we saw what appeared to be an altercation with a guy and a worker outside the front door. We went through the drive through and ordered food per usual. As we are sitting at the window waiting for our food I hear the worker say something about the cops not coming. I can’t make this up a cop walks around the corner a couple seconds later, slides in between my car and the window, knocks on the taco bell window, and says “are you guys gonna let us in?” Not sure what was happening there but I didn’t get my 2 pack of cinnamon bun delights and one of the two dorito tacos was a regular taco. Nacho fries were hot and fresh though so I give it 3 stars for the entertainment while waiting for food and nacho fries.

I ordered from the app. I got to the location and waited in line for 25 minutes. Only to find that they were not open! At noon on a Tuesday! That does not match thier posted hours, and there were no signs out indicating any change of hours. I was in a line of almost 10 other cars too. Why could I even order from this location?

Got stuck in the driveway didn’t realize they were closed, couldn’t put a sign out? Update your hours? Block off the driveway…? Frustrated. Went to university TacoBell to find out this TacoBell is closed for renovations.

Average at best. $1.49 for a regular taco? Didn’t they used to be way under a dollar? The chicken Chipotle melt is tiny. Over $9 bucks and it didn’t fill me up. Way over priced! Time to start bringing my lunch to work for these prices. “Sealed for you”. Is that so that you can’t look inside to check if your order is correct?

They have a sign that says their dining room is open. It was not. Found out while at the door to go in. Drive thru was incredibly slow. The employee was abrasive at the order window, but he was fine when I was at the pickup window. I just ordered soft shell tacos, and they were boring. There is nothing to write home about. Disappointing experience.

Went thru the drive thru, and asked for beefy five layer been burrito with extra hot sauce. He asked for me to read the order and make sure it all looked right and stated thered be 12 hot sauces. There were only 11. A serious disappointment after a 29 hour nursing shift. Thought id be treated with a little more dignity. Perhaps it was the pride flag and female symbol on my volkswagen beetle in sky blue that threw their peejydice my way. As a black woman in 2025, I would expect a better treatment. Times like these call to mind a great novel “1984” by George Orwell. Its as though they are controlling my thoughts and making me expect what I asked for and then gaslight me trying to make me think its just okay to disrespect a hungry woman at 11:00 PM just days before easter. A holiday in which we celebrate resurrection. Well hear this Taco Bell, did you crucify my twelfth sauce packet? Because it will be back, and youll regret it. Smh ♀️

Honestly will never be returning Every time we come here there very rude, get are orders wrong and are in some big rush neither do they even wrap are food correctly in the correct wrapper nor put in it the proper box’s they also throw the food in there the chips come crushed or are just laying in the bottom of the bag i understand having rush hour and mistakes happening from accidental miscommunication but every time is crazy the whole team needs to be re trained honestly there rude give dirty looks and just overall don’t have the proper customer service skills
