We adore La Margot! This is our go-to place for date nights or for family gatherings. There’s something for everyone on the menu! Want high-quality French cuisine? You can get a Croque Madame, soupe à l’oignon, or a classic steak-frites. If you’d rather have a burger, the Le Margot burger is unmissable (hello, fig jam!!!) and the truffle fries are pure heaven. Pricier Beef Wellington or Dover Sole are also available, both of which are perfectly executed and worth every penny. Appetizers like the pear flatbread or the extremely french Steak Tartare are terrific meal openers, and the desserts – Crème Brûlée, mousse au chocolat avec des framboises – perfectly finish off your dining experience. Service is appropriately attentive, and the atmosphere is charmingly off-beat and sumptuous.

This place was great! Food and drinks were good. We got the salmon and the beef Wellington. For drinks a cosmo and old fashioned. I only knock off a star, because they were out of the pasta with caviar and lobster. That was the reason i chose this place so kind of a bummer because we were celebrating an anniversary and had a reservation. However i would love to come back and try again hopefully they have it! The bathroom was also very clean which I appreciate.

Chef Graham Eliot and the restaurant certainly live up to the hype. From the staff to dessert, everything was wonderful. The food was amazing and atmosphere was incredible. You have to bring that special someone, or really anyone or no one to this amazing place. You won’t regret it.
Oh yeah, one last thing…..the pasta was hand made and tasted like I had never had.

Very lovely spot for French food. The patio area as well appointed and lit. Great for a nice evening dinner period calamari, mussels and ceviche were 5 star!!! I servers were excellent and very attentive. Scallops were lacking as an entrée with only 4 medium sized scallops, perfectly cooked but not flavor forward, just meh. Escargot app kinda small in count, weve had larger at other venues. Venison perfectly cooked, but spinach underneath the loin was a messy miss. Lucky enough to catch the beef Wellington, which was perfectly cooked, demi was delicious. I could have used a bit more flavor for the beef, but thats just me. Highly reccomended for a good authentic taste of France, good service and lovely setting!

Ive only been here a few times. Unfortunately food is sub par. I’ve had the two chefs choice wellington(very tender meat not much flavor) and dover had potential but burnt brown butter sauce ick). Sides parm risotto (really lacks). Calamari (standard nothing exciting), escargo 2 versions (both terrible and I usually love escargo), seafood pastry soup thing (bland), lavender chicken (best thing ever), co co von (terrible) service was mid and slow on most occasion and once spectacular but the atmosphere was terrible. Watched several different servers eating in the kitchen, others slaming the counter next to me about the football game while also expressing their feelings about it. Many work place conversations and complaints. Watched food sitting there window for over 10 minutes. Lots of atmosphere issues with employees not patrons. Patrons having lovely leisure time filled with laughs and what looks like tasty drinks. Food service and atmosphere not my favorite. However I would repeat the lavender chicken daily absolutely best dish I’ve had!!

Took my daughter here for a mom+daughter date. This restaurant is stunning! Very beautiful interior. The food was also amazing and so were the drinks. Plan on going again soon on a weekend for their brunch menu!

Quite possibly the best bite in Fort Worth. Dining area is cozy and well lit. Our waiter Mathew was the most attentive I’ve ever had. He offered the special items, providing deep insight. But my girlfriend and I had a gameplan.
For starters the Sex on the Bay PEI oysters were succulent. Sweet with a slight briny finish. As a first course we chose the shrimp cocktail and charcuterie board. The shrimp were jumbo sized with a wonderful house cocktail sauce and a garlic aioli. (Which I preferred). Charcuterie board came with Brie, Gorganzola and Parmigiano Reggiano along side Prosciutto di Parma and a house made Pate. With all the accompaniments it made for a pleasurable tasting experience.
While we were in food heaven, our waiter Matt was constantly checking on us and even replaced my girlfriends Martini glass which had gotten warm (and was affecting the taste) with a fresh chilled glass. She said in all her years it was the first time someone had done that.
For the entree we did the steamed mussels and truffle parm frites with the Burgundy escargot washed down with a cold Stella Artois. The taste brought me back to a cafe in Brussels.
Finally dessert was a hot fudge profiterole with ice cream which was divine. Pair it with a Cafe Margot. You won’t regret it.
In closing thanks to the staff at Le Margot for one of the best food experiences I’ve ever had… GRAZIE!

I was not a fan of Le Margot in Fort Worth. The ambiance is cool and the drinks were good but my food wasn’t good. The Dover Sole was filled with bones and I could not even make through a mouthful without finding a bone. The French Onion soup was tasteless. The staff was a highlight though and the manager was really nice and apologetic.

My experience at Le Margot was truly one of the best meals I’ve had in my life. The food was absolutely outstanding—every dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly made with incredible attention to detail.
What truly elevated the experience, though, was our waiter, Noah. His service was exceptional from start to finish. He was knowledgeable about the menu, made great recommendations, and created an atmosphere that made the evening feel special rather than just another dinner out. Noah struck the perfect balance of being attentive without ever feeling intrusive, and his professionalism and personality made the night even more enjoyable.
Great food can make a restaurant memorable, but great service makes it unforgettable. Thanks to Noah and the team at Le Margot, this was a dining experience I won’t forget. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning.
