Ordered takeout to take to hotel, terrible idea for pho because the broth container is massive and I had nothing to make a bowl. Turns out I didn’t care for their pho, especially the beef as it was raw (not rare imo). Only pic I took. The one star off was for this.
We had two 5 star dishes too! The pork and shrimp spring rolls were phenomenal! Love the peanut sauce too. These were hands down the best spring rolls I have ever had and I would one thousand percent go back for them. My husband had Grilled beef and rice, add grilled shrimp and egg roll. It comes with salad with a delicious homemade dressing. This dish was 5 stars, even as takeout.
Sorry I led with the bad instead of the good.

The food here is absolutely delicious, always served hot and fresh. The large windows offer a wonderful outside vibe, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. Cam always remembers my order — a double shrimp bun with rice and soy sauce — making every visit feel personalized.

This place was recommended to me. I doubt if I will return. The younger female bartender had weird energy. She happily entertained guest at the bar, but when I went to pickup my to-go order or asked questions she was very dry and dismissive. The food was alright, the portion size was worth the cost.

Wow what an amazing pho! Portion, taste, efficiency was outstanding. I work remote here in Nola, and pick try to avoid chains as much as I can. This place has kept me fed on long days. Only complaint I have is the 2.00 extra charge for limes was a little excessive. I believe limes should come standard with pho. But that was my only gripe.

I visited Pho Bistreaux to order dine-in and was in shock at the amount of tables that were not cleared. Maybe short-staffed, but I arrived about 2 hours after lunch. Definitely need to pay more for employees if this is what short-staffing looks like.
Back to the food.
I ate at the bar since it wasn’t surrounded with past-due plate retrieval. The server was engaged and welcoming. She allowed me to try a complimentary sample of one of their sliders after I inquired. The slider was ok. It would have been better if the flat bread was warmed and with a little more sauce.
The combination beef pho had an excellent broth. The meatballs were really bad and had this low-quality bagged taste. I couldn’t eat them after two. The bowl and plate seemed to have not been cleaned too well.
I can’t recommend this Pho Bistreaux and am unsure if I’m willing to visit again.

Over a dozen meals here from dine-in to Uber Eats and the food is excellent and consistent. My favorite pork spring rolls and brisket pho in the city, and we have many great Vietnamese restaurants.

Food was really really good. I’m very happy I found a good Vietnamese restaurant in the area. The boba was amazing. The spring rolls were magical. Would 100% recommend.

Well, things have changed a bit. The food is still pretty good. However, now they charge 3.5% for using your credit card. Not only is it unethical, but it’s a violation of trust to new and old customers. The staff’s replied when questioned about it was. There’s a sign on the door. Turns out, they’re right. 6″x3″ hardly visible because it’s mixed up with the other 10 signs around it. We had a good run. Out to greener pastures from now on.

We were waiting on the store next door to open and had not had lunch yet. Never been to Vietnamese restaurant but we love Asian food. Guy made me feel stupid about asking questions about what I was ordering- he kind of snickered bc I didn’t know what kind of spices were on something labeled “chicken” but it didn’t say what kind. Love spring rolls and they were very good- Childs was almost $9 for a scoop of white rice and dry chicken- was not very good. Pho was ok- had good broth. Was expensive for what we got. Smoothie was good. $50 for lunch and we got water.
