Naturally, my sub was sooo good. Lately, I’ve been loving the meatball subs and I was hungry so I forgot to take a picture of it. There was two employees, one in front the other was in the back. I can tell you that this kids boss should be proud, because he truly was a sandwich artist , a respectful which I completely nice for a change. Good food, clean store and great service. This Subway is definitely worth going out of the way for!

Staff and food 100000000% greatness!! The place was clean the food was fresh! My only complaint is get the air conditioning fixed!! I feel so bad for the workers.. I was sweating just standing there and here they are running around with a smile on their faces just gettinthings done without complaint! Kudos to them!! Hope the AC is fixed soon ❤️

Review:
This was supposed to be a simple pizza sub — pepperoni, cheese, pickles, lettuce, and mayo. Instead, what I got was a sloppy mess drenched in so much mayo it looked like someone tried to drown the mistake. They added marinara after I explicitly requested none, then apparently decided to hide it under a mountain of mayo like I wouldn’t notice. The bread was soggy, the sauce mix was revolting, and the whole thing was inedible.
If this was an attempt to pass off a botched order as “made right,” it failed spectacularly. Absolutely unacceptable for a chain that claims consistency. Whoever made this sandwich needs a serious reminder of what “no marinara” means.

People seem very nice that work for that place. However sometimes they don’t have food prepared to make sandwiches and like tonight I went in there and they’re taking mobile orders only. I don’t know who runs this restaurant or who owns it. But they really need to start training their staff better. It takes certain people to work retail because I too have worked retail customer service is one of the hardest jobs on the planet. But if you’re not willing to do the work then you need to start firing people because this is ridiculous

This is the worst subway in toledo the halfway make the food I came in at 1PM and they were out of almost every ingredient needed to make my sandwich then told me they not cutting anymore so I could order something from or get nothing they also refused to open anymore bread so I couldn’t even get the bread I wanted they refused to make one of the new sandwiches and nachos because it’s too much work the 2 African American women always doing that and while they’re being rude or ignoring what you want they try to bring you up before you get your food so you can’t back out and say nevermind the food cold under cooked and 80 percent of the sandwich is sauce I’ve been here twice looking for decent subway never again if you in the mood drive an extra 5 minutes and go to another one you will thank yourself

I have had bad experiences at this location, but my experience last night made up for it all. Both ladies working were the sweetest, very attentive, quick, polite, and all around great. Wish I would have gotten their names- but it was two girls working at 10 pm on a Thursday. Thank you ladies for not being the usual miserable employees I encounter! Made my night!
