My order came without one napkin, ketchup, condiments on the burger, or in packages. It was totally dry. I gave a $10 tip and when I called them back they refused to do anything. I asked for the owner or general manager’s phone number and he refuse to give it to me. Their customer service is non-existent. I’m so disappointed I called my bank to reverse the charge. I can’t even eat this food.
