I could let the picture of the backyard BBQ pizza speak for itself, but I won’t do that. First of all very friendly workers. They happily greeted us which automatically sets the good vibe. We got the onion ring to start which were crispy and amazing (not all clumped together like some places). The backyard BBQ pizza was to die for. Very fast service. Clean atmosphere. Happy we came here to eat!

Ordered for the first time tonight & already can’t wait to order again!!! The service & food were both great. We got two mixed specialty pizzas with mac and cheese, broccoli chicken alfredo, taco, and the waffle/bacon one… all were 10/10. We also got the deep fried meatballs tossed in sweet chili and the order didn’t stand a chance. Definitely will be back!!

Usually my food is decent from pizza nomad, but tonight I waited 45 minutes for my burnt dry food. That was also made incorrectly. I just got off a 14 hour shift and called and spoke to a manager, who informed me that he will give me a credit for another time because they are now closed. So moral of the story is order early or go hungry because you’re up a Creek without a paddle if they make a mistake.

I try not to be that guy who just leaves negative reviews, but this place has gotten really bad. Our last 2 experiences there have been absolutely awful. The previous time one of our party member’s orders was just totally absent. The manager only offered to credit what they ordered but then when we tried to use that “credit” no one had any idea what we were talking about. Last night was the final straw though. It started by trying to order online for pickup. Can’t see the menu without entering an address…for pickup. So we tried to call, the AI thing that answers the phone is positively dreadful. It listens to every sound that happens and responds with, “what’s that?” Or, “Sorry, I didn’t white catch that.” But it’s not waiting for ME to say something, it’s just hearing my dog in the background, or people in the next room saying something. Absolutely unusable, and infuriating, because at best it couldn’t possibly make the experience better for the consumer, it can only be there to make the experience cheaper for the business owner at the expense of paying a person and letting their customers interact with their staff, who were all really friendly. So we tried to talk to a person just to be put on hold for an interminable length of time. So we just went back to square one and ordered online using that system. We waited an hour to arrive and were told it would be another 15 minutes. So we waited 15 more minutes then were told they were still working on our sandwiches. So then 10 minutes later they told us our order was ready. The sweet young girl who was trying to help us in the chaotic labyrinth of their front counter area (which set up in a way that would drive me totally nuts if I had to work there) dropped all of our pizzas on the ground. Luckily they stayed in the boxes. She hurried them into the kitchen where I watched her and another girl jigsaw puzzle our pizzas back together. She did not offer any sort of refund for the food she damaged, though she did apologize a bunch. This just tells me the owner doesn’t empower the staff to do what’s right. Instead they enforce that the staff do what will save them the most money. She had us look at the pizzas first to see if we wanted them to remake them. (What? And wait Another 90 minutes???) All of the pizzas looked terrible, and from being dropped. They were all completely dried out and the tips of the pieces were starting to curl. Meaning that they had been sitting in warmers forever because they don’t know how to time an order to be ready at the same time. Then once we finally got the food home nearly all of it was horrible. The potato skins and pizzas had to be microwaved. They got to our house COLD. The “warhammer trifecta” was an absolute embarrassment of a dish, with 2 dried out, tiny pretzel sticks cut into dried out, tiny halves. Their warhammers used to be big, and good. Again, another sign that the owner is finding too many ways to save money and not enough ways to just get the basics right.
We didn’t make a stink in the restaurant. Clearly none of this is the employees’ fault. This is just a business owner with a bottom line first, customer experience/service last, mindset. But we did call after we got home to cold food that needed to be heated up to be able to be eaten. The manager tried to do what he could. He apologized. He again tried to offer a credit…fool me once. I declined and demanded a refund. He refunded half of our bill. I’m almost worried to mention that he issued a refund here because I don’t want him to get in trouble from his greedy, awful boss.
We will never be back. Take your money to any other pizza place around. You’d get better food and a better experience from any of them. Leave Pizza Nomad’s AI chatbot, it’s cold pizza, and it’s terrible owner with his priorities completely backwards behind.

First time we ordered from here. We got delivery, I ordered a 14” pepperoni pie and it was delivered by door dash. The pizza came pretty fast, it was intact, and still very hot. The overall taste was very good. The only thing I didn’t like was it was a little floppy, but it didn’t affect the taste. Next time I’ll get it a little more well done. But over all a good pie.

3 times I order same pizza I checked box for extra sauce and light on cheese. One time I received it that way. I think someone is sleeping behind the grill . Disappointed twice.

One of the best pizzas I ever had.
I ordered through a delivery platform. The delivery guy took the wrong order and when the order arrived I called to Pizza Nomad and they were closing. They went above and beyond, make a new pizza for me and send one of their staff member to deliver me the right order. I’m amazed with the service and the pizza. If I could give 10 stars I would do it every day.

I’ve been a (too) frequent Nomader for a couple years since I moved to the area and love it. I seriously order it all the time but I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review. Until now.
I’m a creature of habit and usually order the same thing. Tonight… as we speak… I’m eating a thick crust “Nomader What” speciality pizza and their Alamo fries. Both are next level good.
I’m always apprehensive to order “stuff on fries” appetizers for delivery, and even in restaurants, because they’re usually a soggy mess. Not only do they hold up and aren’t soggy but they’re crazy with flavor. Apps of the like also tend to be one note. Not these!
The pizza holds up even under the weight of all these toppings (thick crust) and it’s loaded with flavor.
I stopped MID meal to write this.
They have really great people doing deliveries too. Food hot and well packaged is a given but they’re super nice people too.
Seriously check them out.
TLDR: *chefs kiss*

Probably our favorite pizza place in the area. Love that you can do two different types of pizza on one pizza. They have great nachos as well. Had many different items on their menu which is large and has something for just about everyone. Will be back it is just a question if it will be the West Warwick or Coventry location.
